Bobby was upfront and clear that it was going to take longer than the time initially quoted and he offered a ride home even though I live on the opposite side of town (which I declined). As usual, I took advantage of the nice coffee bar while I waited. I was super pleased to see that there was a patio to socially distance on while I drank my coffee. The oil change was completed within 90 minutes and I was notified via text and given a call, which was very appreciated. I had no trouble using my coupon and was very satisfied overall.
