However, my advisor made sure to get me what I wanted to drink while I waited. The… price was very reasonable and much lower than what I usually have to pay for a state inspection at other automobile service stations. by Missy Isaacson on 07/06/2020I am from Wisconsin and had driven down to Texas to visit relatives. The day I arrived, I smelled a dead mouse in my vehicle. I have had this problem in other vehicles, so I knew right away what it was. I called First Texas Honda because… it was conveniently located near my hotel. They got me in the next day. After 2 days of "diagnosis", they called with an estimate (high dollar/lots of labor) and wondered if I wanted to involve my insurance company. Long story short, Anthony (advisor) and Brian (tech) went above and beyond to try to get me back on the road ASAP. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. I was extremely happy with their efforts and results. The car was as good as new all the way back to Wisconsin.Great service call

by S2000 died on 06/30/2020My 2002 S2K died in an HEB parking lot, turned our to be aged buttons on the clutch pedal. Had it towed to FTH where they found a recall on the spark plugs and a serpentine belt that was on it's last legs. All fixed but the button on the… brake pad fell out so the brake lights were always on. Quick trip to Autozone fixed that.We're so happy to know that we could help you out in your time of need! I sat and read my book after visiting the” cafe” for some tea... and before I was ready To return to the rest of my scheduled day my service appt was complete… and I was on my way. The young man who first helped me, without a mask, filled the windshield washer fluid but never closed the hood which I discovered after I got on Mopac. Makes me… wonder how a mechanic figured I needed all the fluids replaced if he never checked them.Alice, we appreciate you choosing us for your service needs! Unbelievable service - I wouldn't take it anywhere else
