Dealership Service Review
I am from Wisconsin and had driven down to Texas to visit relatives. The day I arrived, I smelled a dead mouse in my vehicle. I have had this problem in other vehicles, so I knew right away what it was. I called First Texas Honda because it was conveniently located near my hotel. They got me in the next day. After 2 days of "diagnosis", they called with an estimate (high dollar/lots of labor) and wondered if I wanted to involve my insurance company. Long story short, Anthony (advisor) and Brian (tech) went above and beyond to try to get me back on the road ASAP. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. I was extremely happy with their efforts and results. The car was as good as new all the way back to Wisconsin.
