Unbelievable service - I wouldn't take it anywhere else

First and foremost - big props to Jack Wright - who kept in *constant* communication with me; updating me on the progress of my vehicle and even checking in on me afterwards. the (warranty) work that was performed exceeded my expectations - and the loaner program is ridiculous (basically a sales program because now my wife wants a new minivan!). Really great experience overall.
