Unlike another local dealer (owned by an equity fund) this dealership actually is happy to do oil changes, warranty repairs, and other less profitable services. Their calendar is "not full for weeks" for services and was so easy to get a… quick appointment for servicing. I was impressed with their use of technology - photo scanning the entire car upon entry, providing a video review and recommendations by the mechanic that included the motor and undercarriage (tires, brakes, etc.). I'm so glad I chose to buy the car (and 3 previous ones) and secure all servicing through First Honda!!

Excellent minor service - spectacular facilities

Wonderful, patient, not pushy salesman had us come back in and look at the inventory. We did and found one in a different make that… we had experience with and were comfortable committing to. Plus, it was cheaper although the same year. We drove it and liked it. Similar thing happened 3 years ago. Don't want to mess with any other dealer. This one is spot on in every way you want a car dealership to be. Period.Routine Maintenance

My only dissatisfaction would be with the pricing of the… maintenance itself. I understand that dealerships often cost a bit more, but it would make it easier to justify going here as opposed to an unaffiliated shop if the prices were a bit more competitive. Other than that I was very satisfied with my visit to First Texas Honda.Professional service

Mark the tire guy resolved my concerns about my tires after I replaced a couple tires at a used tire store after I blew out… two tires when I hit a huge pot hole. He explained the sensing system and checked to make sure the used tires would work for me in the short run. Wesley service advisor was professional, friendly and provided accurate estimate of time and cost. Coffee bar ladies were great too.A Stress Free Experience

It ended up being almost 6 hours. Steven, our adviser, made sure we were put in a… loaner car so it really didn't cause us any trouble since we planned on shopping that day anyway, but it would be good to have more realistic time estimates for your customers to plan for.Great experience

They quickly took my car in and kept me informed of the progress of my car. My only complaint was they did not… wipe the undercover where the oil was drained resulting in drips in my driveway. by First Texas Gets It on 11/12/2020Just what I expect when I make an appointment for service--First Texas Honda did it! I arrived at the appointment time and was immediately greeted and told what would happen. My service advisor Zach then came by promptly and gathered all… appropriate info. During the service, I received texts messages alerting me as to progress. Immediately prior to the service being completed, I received an email with the invoice and a way to execute touches pay. Via their texts, I was able to let them know when I'd be by to pick up my car. My service advisor took me directly to my car and made sure all was OK with me before seeing me off. All of this was done with appropriate social distancing and face masks. All of the work was also completed in LESS THAN the estimated time given to me!!! First Texas "gets it" as far as customer service all the way around goes. They took great care of my car and ALSO took great care of me personally. Outstanding!!!In and Out
