by Autumn on 12/08/2020I don't want to discount a star because of this, but there was a much longer wait time for my car than the original estimate of roughly 3 to 3.5 hours. It ended up being almost 6 hours. Steven, our adviser, made sure we were put in a… loaner car so it really didn't cause us any trouble since we planned on shopping that day anyway, but it would be good to have more realistic time estimates for your customers to plan for.Great experience

They quickly took my car in and kept me informed of the progress of my car. My only complaint was they did not… wipe the undercover where the oil was drained resulting in drips in my driveway. Other than that it was a pleasant safe experience.Thank you for visiting us and your feedback JH! by First Texas Gets It on 11/12/2020Just what I expect when I make an appointment for service--First Texas Honda did it! I arrived at the appointment time and was immediately greeted and told what would happen. My service advisor Zach then came by promptly and gathered all… appropriate info. During the service, I received texts messages alerting me as to progress. Immediately prior to the service being completed, I received an email with the invoice and a way to execute touches pay. Via their texts, I was able to let them know when I'd be by to pick up my car. My service advisor took me directly to my car and made sure all was OK with me before seeing me off. All of this was done with appropriate social distancing and face masks. All of the work was also completed in LESS THAN the estimated time given to me!!! First Texas "gets it" as far as customer service all the way around goes. They took great care of my car and ALSO took great care of me personally. Outstanding!!!In and Out

The only difficulty I had (and this had happened before) is that my service contract was not applied. When I pointed this out it was quickly… corrected and credit was applied for covered items.Great

I was bit late for appt, Fred said no problem, was really understanding about it. I was having… hectic morning with work, which totally got diffused the moment I showed up. I grabbed a coffee and sat outside. Fred checked in once, to give me a heads up and listened to my, what I thought some might think weird request, and was so great about it! by david b on 10/29/2020The shop diagnosed the problem as oil leaking into plugs requiring replacement of piston rings 1, 2, and 3 at a repair cost of $4000. I am not sure if the repair quote is competitive or not. I chose not to get the work done at the… dealership to pursue other options. Vehicle only has 80,000 miles. The shop was clean and professional and offered a loaner car while I waited on diagnosis and information on potential new vehicle trade-in from the dealer.
