Dealership Service Review
Just what I expect when I make an appointment for service--First Texas Honda did it! I arrived at the appointment time and was immediately greeted and told what would happen. My service advisor Zach then came by promptly and gathered all appropriate info. During the service, I received texts messages alerting me as to progress. Immediately prior to the service being completed, I received an email with the invoice and a way to execute touches pay. Via their texts, I was able to let them know when I'd be by to pick up my car. My service advisor took me directly to my car and made sure all was OK with me before seeing me off. All of this was done with appropriate social distancing and face masks. All of the work was also completed in LESS THAN the estimated time given to me!!! First Texas "gets it" as far as customer service all the way around goes. They took great care of my car and ALSO took great care of me personally. Outstanding!!!
