Worst service ever

onErick was the guy supposed is going to help me, I wait 30 minutes to this guy, get my car and ask for the service for 20 k, He ask if I want to get extra services, I say no, just the included in the service for 20 k, two hours later pick my car. This guy only rotate my tires, I ask why you only do that, he answered, because you don't want to pay extra. Terrible attitude, terrible costumer service, and I need finish my car service, oil, filter, all the things missing.
