Vehicle recalls

onAfter confirming appointment, parts, and recalls; I arrived at the dealership to find out that out of the 3 recalls received by mail, dealership only showed one, then after waiting for 1.5 hours the dealership inform me that they didn’t had the part to perform the repair and that they will have to order it,

- Did the dealership complete the work within the timeframe promised? No
- Did the dealership provide you with an accurate quote of the work to be performed? No
- Do you feel the price paid for service(s) was fair and appropriate? No
