Dealership Service Review
I needed an odd repair. The service advisor told me we needed to replace the steering column on my 2013 Avalon. I was not pleased with this but it had to be done. Once it was repaired I drove home. The next day the car was not operational, the gears would not engage. Now I was told the actuator needs to be replaced. Again, they replaced it. The truth is this. The repairs reflect a 10-year-old car. I have n the ten years NEVER had any repairs. The cost ($1,200) of the actuator was covered by the service department. I was very grateful. I love my Avalon and I am pleased with the AutoNation service. My care in ten years has only been served and repaired by the Toyota Dealership. I expect to keep it for another ten years.
