    My wife and I both agree this was the best experience we've ever had while looking for a new car. The sales consultant we dealt with was Mark Harris. He was very informative and worked hard to get us a deal we could live with. We are very happy with our new car and with our choice of Lithia

    Buying a new vehicle can always be a pain, but this dealership spent every minute doing everything it could to get me into what I "needed". I say that in quotations because I went in looking at one vehicle in particular for my work needs, the bank was not being very helpful getting me into this vehicle. My salesman presented several viable options to help me out because the bank wouldn't budge, finally working the numbers to where Toyota Motor Credit accepted my purchase (my credit isn't the best, hence the bank problems). My trade-in truck had just encountered severe motor issues. From accepting my trade at a decent price considering the problems, to working long and hard with me literally all day to get me into a new truck. I've heard great things about toyota trucks recently. My buddy that recommended Lithia to me has had great experiences with this dealer (after buying 4 vehicles from them, two of them Tundra trucks). I couldn't be happier with my experience at this dealer, and I've had terrible dealings at dealers in the past 10 years. I'm going to put this truck to the test and with their service plan I know they're going to be right there with me pushing this truck to its limits! My trade was a 2003 Dodge 1 ton dually with 340k miles, 5.9 cummins....the motor that is supposedly bullet proof for diesels! There is a "trophy" tundra on their lot, 2007 with 400k+ miles that still drives like it has a few thousand! If Toyota can build a gasoline truck, and Lithia can help maintain it to exceed what's expected out of a diesel truck, that's something to write home to the folks about for sure! I highly recommend looking to this dealer for a new vehicle purchase! I can't vouch for used vehicles because I was shopping new, but I'm definitely going to push anyone I know that's in the market for a vehicle to talk to Kyle Corr first. He spent the whole day making sure I was satisfied and left in the vehicle I wanted. I was there from 11am til I drove off the lot in my new truck at 8:30pm. I left to get food, tow in my trade, and visit the bank a couple of times. He didn't leave for a break or lunch the whole time he was dealing with me, to ensure that he was available on my return so that my time wasn't wasted. Definitely a great decision in my book

    This was my first car buying experience though a dealership, and it most definitely changed my opinion about it. I came in with a budget, and they worked with me to get exactly what I wanted.

    First, I would like to point out that I don't enjoy talking with car dealers because of the hassle. With that being said, if you have a chance to deal with Andrew, DO IT!! He's gave us royalty treatment and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. He spent his time looking for what we were really looking for. He's not looking for a quick sell. He's looking for the right sale. After purchasing our vehicle we had a small problem with the belt a few weeks later and Andrew personally made sure the problem was fixed. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and find Andrew at Lithia Toyota. You won't regret it!

    My salesperson was Julie R. She was friendly from the start, not pushy but was patient, pleasant and really was surprisingly knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. Any questions I had she knew the answer to. I loved how there was really no negotiating that needed to be done due to the promo pricing. The price had already been reduced, and was set at a price I was completely satisfied with. I absolutely loved that Lithia Toyota of Abilene used autotrader.com which took all the hassle out of the negotiating my trade in; they gave me exactly what autotrader.com recommended the value of the car was! We were taken to a "delivery area" where Miss. Julie R. did further explanation of the car even after I purchased it and made sure I was comfortable and acquainted with the car and satisfied. The car was cleaned and prepped for me, which I appreciated! I also got a free tank of gas! Lithia Toyota also sent gourmet cookies to my house as a show of appreciation!!! Took my car back to get some accessories and she was just as nice and helpful! I even got a rental...unusual! Thanx! Thanx! Thanx! Love ma car!!!!!! Lol

    My husband and I just purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry and it was such an amazing experience. Our saleswoman was Laura and she was very knowledgeable and very awesome to work with. We traded in our vehicle and that process was a good experience too! Long story short we would definitely repurchase from here and we are very satisfied customers! :)

    We lost our vehicle in the hail storm a few weeks ago and were NOT happy about it. It was hard to get excited about the search for our next car. But our salesman, Chris, did an excellent job of taking our negativity in stride and working to do everything he could to get us in the car we wanted as quickly as possible. It ended up being our most positive car-buying experience to date, so we definitely recommend Lithia (and Chris in particular) if you're looking for a car!

    After dealing with Lithia Toyota of Abilene my husband and I are thoroughly convinced that they do not treat men and women equally. My husband and I went in together and everthing was fine. I came in by myself a few times and all they did was try to lie to me. I wasn't taken seriously when I came in, but then my husband came in and it was no hassle with him. Each time I dealt with the salesmen or the used car manager, I was lied to at least twice. They think because you're a woman that means you're stupid. Well, they picked the wrong woman to treat poorly because I'm a teacher and so is my husband. We know LOTS of women and the believe me, the word will be spread the Lithia Toyota in Abilene doesn't have any respect for women. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy with my purchase and we got it for a fair price, but even now after the sale I'm trying to tie up a few loose ends and I can't get them to respond when they say they will. Maybe I should just have my husband call if I want something done. Don't believe them when they say a certain price is as low as they can go. We got over $2000 off the sticker price on our car.

    I was sold a new 2008 Toyota Sequoia in Dec 2008.As soon as Lithia Toyota changed oil(day after I bought it), Sequoia locked down, returned to dealer for eval. Dealer stated vehicle was fine. 10,000 miles later, (June 1, 2009)Sequoia locked down, wheels began smoking.Not to mention I was on vacation near Austin 5 hrs away.I had SUV towed to Austin and the Dealer in Austin, Diagnosed: Power steering fluid in Brake system, ruined Brake System. Road Hazard, SUV inoperable=$7,000 estimate not covered by warranty .i immediately contacted Lithia Toyota, the service manager (David) was rude, didn't offer any assistance, he stated "you bought a Toyota" repairs not warranted b/c human error caused malfunction. Service manager stated this cannot happen 10,000 miles later. After speaking to master technicians and doing research....yes it can happen!!! Lithia Toyota doesn't stand behind their vehicles. I will never deal with Lithia Toyota in future.Poor customer service. only looking at $$$$$ not customer service BUYER BEWARE!!!! (In the end... turns out the vehicle was not new, it was a demo.!!!) I was basically sold a lemon!!

    Michael M. IV was my sales person. He did an exceptional job. I had went online to see what my 2012 Tundra blue booked for and within a few minutes Michael contacted me. That was very impressive. He asked me what I was looking for and I made an appointment to meet with him. I drove up to the dealership and Michael met me and had two pickups for me to look at pulled up in front of the dealership. He answered every question I had. Once I had decided on the pickup I wanted to purchase and finished all the paper work, he showed me the features and how to operate them. Michael went above and beyond his job. Thanks for the great job and all your help, Michael.

    A huge thank you to Andrew E. at Lithia Toyota of Abilene. With his help I have now bought my second car from Lithia. The new member of my family being my very first brand new car, a 2014.5 Toyota Camry SE. My family absolutely loves this car. Andrew is an incredible Salesman. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at. Not only did he get me a great deal on my car, also 100,000 mile warrenty, oil changes for life, my car detailed and a full tank of gas before I drove off the lot. Over the past couple of years I have sent several friends and family to Andrew for his assistance in the purchase of thier vehicles. All very satisfied customers.     Michael M. IV was a great help to me and my family. We have been in need of a reliable family car for a while now. He was very helpful in getting us into something that we liked, as well as something we could afford. He listened to our opinions, respected the fact that I had done my research, and was very open about himself and why he does what he does. After buying my 2013 Toyota Corolla, I will very much be recommending him to my friends. The facility was clean, inviting, and all the staff I encountered were friendly. Thank you, Lithia!

    We bought my husband a 2014 Toyota Corolla a week ago and the experience was so great that we decided to go back and look into trading in my SUV and getting something new for me. I was driving a 2011 Kia Sorento but have always liked Toyota. I was unsure if trading in would be a good idea because I was upside down on my current vehicle. Mike M. IV worked with me and explained how I could trade in my old SUV and get into a 2014 Rav4. He worked hard to get me as much as possible out of my old vehicle and into the Rav4 while staying in my price range. I am now driving a 2014 Rav4 and absolutely love it. We will definitely go back when its time for new cars.

    My experience with Lithia Toyota of Abilene exceeded all of my expectations for a great place to buy an excellent vehicle. My salesman, Brandon B., was very friendly and helpful in trying to assist in finding the right car for me at the right price. I was very impressed with everyone all the way around!

    We have driven Fords for several years, but decided on a Toyota after reading consumer reports and talking with friends. Chris D. waited on us; very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions and lack of technical savy. We are looking forward to driving our 2014 Highlander Limited Platium for many years. I do think the undercoating, which is suppose to cut road noise by 25%, should be standard on all cars, but especially one that is fully loaded as this one is. Thank you Chris.

    Excellent service. Craig B. was a excellent salesperson going beyond his duty to find the car with the options and color that we wanted and bringing it to the dealership for us to purchase. He spent time in explain the paperwork and then explaining all the options on the vehicle. A tour of the service department after the purchase also was helpful

    My husband travels for his job and was looking to trade in his old car and get something with great gas mileage and Bluetooth. He had a corolla and was looking at keeping the same but just newer. We knew for experience how great his corolla had been. Andrew E. listened to what we wanted and was able to find the perfect match. He worked hard at locating what we wanted and helping us get the payments where we wanted them. The experience was actually enjoyable and my husband loves his 2014 Corolla. We even enjoyed the finance manager. Normally signing papers is boring and time consuming but we got in and had a great time talking and finished signing before we knew it. I would definitely come back again.
