Michael M. IV was my sales person. He did an exceptional job. I had went online to see what my 2012 Tundra blue booked for and within a few minutes Michael contacted me. That was very impressive. He asked me what I was looking for and I made an appointment to meet with him. I drove up to the dealership and Michael met me and had two pickups for me to look at pulled up in front of the dealership. He answered every question I had. Once I had decided on the pickup I wanted to purchase and finished all the paper work, he showed me the features and how to operate them. Michael went above and beyond his job.
