Far From Being Honest; What Most People Fear
by ablanesr on 08/06/2016I am a person who enjoys doing surveys and posting reviews good, bad, or indifferent, but in the case of this 1997 BMW Z3 Roadster, I have been trying to figure out how to respond as I have mixed feelings. I knew that the car was used, but… what made me go with you is that you had inspected the vehicle. I first asked for the other set of keys day one and found that there was no second set of keys. I seen that there was a little leak and in need of struts reported, but as I was out with my son with the top down the top of the rear storage compartment flew into my son's lap on day two and I still have not heard back from Derek about that. I was very embarrassed to say the least that had to have been overlooked in my thoughts but I am not sure as I went to work this past Wednesday night and when leaving found water in my car. I went to find out what the issue was and it seems as if someone patched up the rear window rather than replacing the top of the convertible and this would have been discovered during inspection of the vehicle. I went and bought a cover and for the past few days the car has been covered. Buying as Is understood but when I asked about any issues I was told that everything was working fine. I thought this was a blessing and now I am feeling like I was bent over and violated. I should have followed my mind to return this vehicle after the nasty way Steve Rogers spoke to me on the Friday before, but because of what I felt was great service that I received from Derek and Lamar, I figured it was just a person having a bad day, but now I am not sure. I spent more than I desired because I trusted in your availability to look over a potential trade-in, but I feel that Auto-Nation Honda will do whatever it takes to make a sell. Now you see why I have not responded, because I am a God fearing man, that has been reminded to first discuss the situation with the one that has wronged you, before getting anybody else involved. So there it is, not pretty, but God knows it is the truth.Thanks for the feedback. We strive to provide excellent service to our customers here. And their sales manager work with us to get our $$$ amount right and went over everything with us. The finance… manager was a pleasure to work with on signing of all of the documents. Buying a car in a different state is a long process, which we were there around 5 hours overall but in the end it has been worth the time spent. I highly recommend the fine people of Autonation Honda Covington Pike of Memphis. Remember it is the people who make a dealership what it is. Thanks guys, Love the new OdysseyExcellent!

We were able to look at the cars we liked and discuss them pressure-free and approached them when we were ready. Everyone was… friendly, and I am exceptionally thankful for Gary Bland and all of his help. He is very knowledgeable about cars and was extremely helpful--before, during, and after the car purchase. He made sure we understood how the car's tech worked before we left the lot and followed up with a quick text message the next day to make sure we didn't have any questions. When I initially came to Honda that day, I was not completely positive if I wanted to actually buy a car that day or just browse and return--but because of Mr. Bland's help, I was confident enough to make the purchase that day. Extremely pleasant experience

I bought a Toyota Camry with only 15,000 miles for a great price. My sales guy… Gabe Aguilar was great, super patient and kind when I came to visit the car multiple times, and also let me(and my mom, and my husband) drive the car until I decided to buy it. I appreciate the way the dealership let me haggle a little and ended up purchasing an extended warranty so I guess I may or may not be seeing more of these guys, depending on how the next 5 years go :)Amazing service!
