Dealership Sales Review
Our salesman Walter was awesome and has helped us purchase three new cars in the past 3 months. However, during our last two transactions at Autonation Honda Covington Pike, we had a horrible experience while being assisted by John Ragland in the finance department. He messed up our paperwork over 3 times and had to fill out the paperwork all over again each time. We were there so long, Walter provided us with lunch. Not only me and my husband had difficulty with Mr. Ragland, but so did my parents when he continuously filled out their paperwork incorrectly. Mr. Ragland also did not have a customer service attitude and made my husband and I feel absolutely dumb when we would ask him a question. When we arrived at the dealership, Mr. Ragland was the first to approach us and told us we would receive a special interest rate for our purchase. However, we did not receive a special rate and when we confronted him about it, he could not even tell us what the rate was he was referring to. He then did not supply us with copies of all our paperwork and it took us making two phone calls to him just so he could send us these forms via email. The ONLY reason my rating got two stars is because of the awesome customer service Walter has provided us for many months. I will recommend all my family and friends to do business with Walter, but to avoid business with Mr. Ragland at all possible.
