Great service - from Rebecca (?) and form entire service team

onI wanted my Android Auto to display the map on the console. The team worked to attempt to make it happen. Even used their phones and their Honda vehicles. Turns out it was my phone - that does not have an Android Auto that works on 2018 CRVs. Then as OI am checking out Rebecca even identified a discount. She also had prevented me from using up prepaid service since I only have 9,000 or so miles on my 2018 CRV. Great service.
