Dealership Service Review
My experience started off great. I took my car in to diagnose an issue. Check in was great and they called later in the day with the issue. When I went to pick my car up. The service guy located my key and gave it back to me. When I asked where my car was he said it's out there. He told me to push my panic button to locate my car. And then lackadaisically walked with me to locate my car in the back. Really, they have a garage area and in my experience they alway bring you your car. So of course when I got to my car there was plastic on the seat, and as expected was not removed, because they did not bring me my car. So in the end I paid $186 for a bad customer service experience. Why would anyone go to this dealership.
