Dealership Service Review
Although it’s important to keep maintenance on my vehicle, I would appreciate a more thorough inspection. Typically, the recommended services are the most expensive. However, simple things need attention also. My windshield wipers tore a day or so prior to this visit. I held out on replacement on purpose. Now I have to question if I’m receiving quality service, considering no one noticed & offered me to purchase/replace new blades. In addition, I was left to research which wiper blades are the best on my own as opposed to possibly have an “expert” opinion. I understand sales is important, but what happened to superior, complete customer service irregardless of what additional services and/or products you can convince a customer to purchase or add? I’m disappointed! Let’s get back to the quality of service I’ve bragged on for the last 15+ years I’ve been a satisfied “Honda girl!”
