2024 F150 Purchase
Purchased a 2025 Maverick - Hybrid - and so far loving it. Sales person was most accomodating and helpful. Would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for Ford car or truck.

You then updated the Sync system and said it was fixed but when I picked it up voice recognition still did not work. Now you say I need a $1700 part. Service issues Auto Nation Wolfchase

Auto nation had my truck for just over six weeks before fixing one of the issues(obvious one) I asked them to fix before… calling to tell me it was all good. Now I’m out of state with the vehicle and having a majority of all the same problems as before.Hello Michael, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the General Manager as asked. I’ve left multiple messages over the weeks and have not received any return calls.
Update: after trying to give the service manager ample opportunity to respond I have escalated to Ford Motor Company. I’ve been told by the service manager that he is going to do something about the service department guessing at fixes that costs me over $1500 multiple times over the last few months and it’s obvious that I am being lied to once again. The one time I was able to talk to the General Manager he referred me back to the service manager. It is apparently a game they play until the customer finally gives up. That’s not me. Oil change 2019 Mustang

I said I have have an appointment with Ford, he replied "This AutoNation, but affiliated with Ford".… I came close to leaving, but figured out who I needed to talk with. After that I spent two hours waiting as my oil was changed. All was well till I saw I paid more for labor than parts on this visit, and was decidedly disappointed. My car is still under warranty and I would prefer that it be serviced by Ford, but the price to do so may make me think twice about doing so.Hi, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation Ford Wolfchase.
