    You had my vehicle for over a week before you looked at it. You then updated the Sync system and said it was fixed but when I picked it up voice recognition still did not work. Now you say I need a $1700 part. Pretty sad for a 3 year old vehicle with 42,000 miles. Whatever happened to quality and warranty at Ford ???

    Truck was damaged while at the dealership for routine oil change and had to be left for repair. A complimentary vehicle was provided during the 3 week repair time. Despite the accidental damage to the vehicle, we will continue to use Autonation for our service needs.

    After contacting two other Ford dealerships about the issue, I was having Ford on Stage Road was very accommodating and willing to help. Both of the other Ford dealerships in the Memphis area stated I would have to leave my car for 10 to 14 days.

    Everything went really well. Oil change. Rotate tires. New wipers. Reattached cover under truck. Even washed the car. Then I open the door to see multiple scuff marks from work boots in n out of truck.

  • Service issues Auto Nation Wolfchase

    Had a few lights on the dash come on and was having problems with truck shutting down and not restarting while driving. Auto nation had my truck for just over six weeks before fixing one of the issues(obvious one) I asked them to fix before calling to tell me it was all good. Now I’m out of state with the vehicle and having a majority of all the same problems as before.

    • Update: after trying to give the service manager ample opportunity to respond I have escalated to Ford Motor Company. I’ve been told by the service manager that he is going to do something about the service department guessing at fixes that costs me over $1500 multiple times over the last few months and it’s obvious that I am being lied to once again. The one time I was able to talk to the General Manager he referred me back to the service manager. It is apparently a game they play until the customer finally gives up. That’s not me.     Upon arrival I encountered a rather rude employee. I was trying to figure out where to go and he said I had an appointment with someone. I said I have have an appointment with Ford, he replied "This AutoNation, but affiliated with Ford". I came close to leaving, but figured out who I needed to talk with. After that I spent two hours waiting as my oil was changed. All was well till I saw I paid more for labor than parts on this visit, and was decidedly disappointed. My car is still under warranty and I would prefer that it be serviced by Ford, but the price to do so may make me think twice about doing so.

    I had a tire replaced, under warranty. No issues or complaints. The dealership made a couple of mistakes last year, but ever since has gone above and beyond to be certain everything has gone perfectly.

    From start to finish it was a rather enjoyable experience. Stephon is an excellent salesman, a real car guy and knowledgeable. Jeff is the GM of Autonation Ford of Wolfchase and was helpful and is great guy to work with and converse with, another car guy. The finance guy Patrick or PT was low pressure but did show one plan that was advantageous to my needs and got me a very low interest rate. No complaints and I love my new Platinum truck
