onYou had my vehicle for over a week before you looked at it. You then updated the Sync system and said it was fixed but when I picked it up voice recognition still did not work. Now you say I need a $1700 part. Pretty sad for a 3 year old vehicle with 42,000 miles. Whatever happened to quality and warranty at Ford ???
