Oil change 2019 Mustang

onUpon arrival I encountered a rather rude employee. I was trying to figure out where to go and he said I had an appointment with someone. I said I have have an appointment with Ford, he replied "This AutoNation, but affiliated with Ford". I came close to leaving, but figured out who I needed to talk with. After that I spent two hours waiting as my oil was changed. All was well till I saw I paid more for labor than parts on this visit, and was decidedly disappointed. My car is still under warranty and I would prefer that it be serviced by Ford, but the price to do so may make me think twice about doing so.
