  • Toooooo Long to Wait

    Went into dealer to get the 20K PM. That part went great. However, when I mentioned that I may have an electrical issue with my 2022 F150. Things went south. The service agent said, if my problem required a diagnostic, I had to leave my truck with the dealer. Current wait time was two weeks….. I said what ? I asked if I could make an appointment two weeks out… Service advisor said no. That not the way we do it. You must leave your truck here with us. Also said,, at one time it was 6 weeks. Why should anyone go without their new car/truck for this length of time in order to get a new car defect repaired.. This is ridiculous and unreasonable. So needless to say, I just had the PM accomplished.

  • So Slow

    It took 6 hours to get my oil changed and my total was $100! You would think for the wait and money that they might vacuum out your car too.

    I had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process, from submitting an online request, to the follow up and actually meeting the entire team in person once I arrived. They showed me the vehicle I had request and had it pulled up for me to look at but my salesperson realized that I wasn't thrilled about it. We discussed my needs and he was able to find me exactly what I was looking for. The entire team took great care of me and I will continue to do business with them in the future. Honestly the best dealership I have worked with in years, they truly are about customer experience.

  • New Bronco purchase

    I ordered a Bronco in 2020 but due to Covid and supply chain issues, it took a long time to get made and delivered to my dealer. But once my dealer received it my salesman, Isaac Lodge, immediately called me and I went to pick it up 1 hour later. I wanted to take it on a beach vacation that next morning. The purchase went very smooth and they sold it to me at MSRP as agreed (many dealers have been elevating the price $10,000 or more bc the demand is there). Long story short, I was very pleased with Isaac and the Memphis Auto Nation Ford dealership on Stage Rd. No funny games. Just a smooth and efficient process.

    I have been shopping for a truck for over a month and a church around by two separate dealers. I saw the vehicle I wanted at AutoNation in Wolfchase. It was 11 hours away but the exact truck I was looking for. When I got there after my 11 hour trip I met the most professional sales people and managers I have ever dealt with. They had great product knowledge and showed me respect. What the deal was exactly how it was told to me on the phone. It was worth the 11 hr drive and I would do it again. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used auto or truck to contact and do business with AutoNation of Wolfchase

    We purchased the car through the internet and did everything online, by phone, and mail. HQ Rogers was my salesman and Curtis Jones was my finance guy and both were exceptional. They made the process so easy this was our first time purchasing a car this way. From the paperwork to the shipping of the car everything was so good.

    Needed a water pump replace on my 05 F150. Figured the lead time would be a week or two giving all the problems that Covid is wreaking on businesses. This was not the case at all as Autonation was able to get it fixed and back to me in two days. Barbara Myers, the service advisor, was friendly, worked with me on this fix and was appreciative of my business. I will use Autonation again recommend them to others.

    My service experience at Wolfchase Ford has always been excellent, the staff is great and the work done in a timely manner. This time I wish to commend Mr. Lee Gault who handled servicing my Connect. He was great to work with, kept me informed of progress and what needs to be addressed in the near future. An employee with his depth of experience and people skills is a huge asset to Ford.

  • Service for driver side air bag recall on Lincoln MKZ.

    My first experience with was not good. My Lincoln was in for the brake recall May 5. I also gave the airbag notice to to order the part. The next week my friend took me in to get my Lincoln after brake service. He had letter for the airbag recall on his Lincoln MKZ. Service person took his letter. The following week friend got a call from service person to bring his Lincoln in to repair the airbag. I should have been call first since service knew May 5 I had a airbag recall. Finally on July 2 I went to the dealership to see service person I was told he no longer work there as of the morning of July 2. I then ask to speak to the service manager . I told her my problem and she told me the parts were there and if I had time that day to wait she would take care of the airbag recall. I waited and she took care of the problem. She was very nice and understanding. You should hire more people like her. I have other problems in the past with this service department. My answers below has to do with the service manager being so nice and and most of all doing her job well. There were no charges for this work as it was a recall . Hence the no answers.

    After 6 months of winter and covid quartine. Time to get out and the sun roof not working again. Just had it repaired 6months ago . I brought it back to lander ford on stage rd . Spoke to Edward who had the technician check it out. The roof motor was bad. The reason i buy genuine Ford parts For the 2year replacement warranty. I was quite surprised this repair was no cost to me and repaired my suv in 1 day .Thank you Edward and team .
