Purchased a 2025 Maverick - Hybrid - and so far loving it. Sales person was most accomodating and helpful. Would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for Ford car or truck.
Terrible Service that takes MONTHS to complete
by SStarnes on 06/15/2023About to pay my 3rd $940 monthly car payment and then insurance on an Expedition I can’t drive because Ford has had it in the shop for so long. At only 56,000 we shouldn’t be having problems like this. They have called MULTIPLE times to… tell us the different things they’ve tried to fix it haven’t worked so they continue to try different things. What kind of mechanics do they have there where it’s just trial and error?!! We asked them to just buy it back from us since they email all the time saying they want to do that anyway. They gave us an offer and then rescinded saying the car isn’t safe to drive - but at the same time said we could come pick it up and drive it while they waited for more parts?!!! So it isn’t safe enough for Ford to drive but they’re happy to have us come drive it?!! Please do not purchase a Ford or use this dealership for repairs. Let down again
by Prepared on 05/26/2023Took my F150 in for a tire rotation and oil change. Being the consumer I am, I marked my tires to ensure they were actually rotated as stated. When I picked it up, there the tires sat in the same place they were when I left it. The… paperwork was marked as being completed. So kicker is this was NOT the first time this happened. The last time I took it in, same thing. I had marked the tires, they marked completed, but it was not done. How many other customers have paid for work that was not done? This time the techs name was Joshua, which I saw on the work order. When the manager confronted him, Im assuming he still claimed that he rotated them, as the manager came back and asked me how I know, show him how they were marked! Unbelievable. Assigned service advisor greeted me after being called to desk BUT I did not see or hear from him afterwards. I was unexpectedly charged for fluid top offs. No… offer to wash my car. This team goes the extra mile for you

They got the tires ordered and in the shop in less than a day. And when I came for my… appointment, had me ready to go quickly. And my tech Wes, not only did a perfect mount, balance and alignment (this car rides like new), but also he caught a major service issue that was under warranty, and repaired it, on the spot, at no additional charge. It wasn’t even on my radar. I also got stuck at a meeting and was running late to pick my car back up. Ed stayed an extra 10 minutes after close just to make sure I got my vehicle back before they closed for the weekend. A professional team that went above and beyond expectations and probably the least painful service experience I’ve ever had. Ford Wolfchase Memphis, TN
by spg1234 on 04/12/2023I had to deal with 6 different people at this location, and the only one that I'll ever work with again is Lee. Everyone else, including the manager was belittling and wanted to charge me more than what the service was worth. I went there… for a CEL on a 2020 Ford Escape with less than 100,000 miles and they said it was a programming issue. So fine, I paid over $200 for that. They did the work, and everything without me knowing the cost! Then a day later the CEL came back on for the same thing P04F0 EVAP System High Load Purge Line "A" Performance. They said bring it back in. All of the work and labor was done without me knowing any of the cost the second time, too!!! Luckily, Lee reduced it down a little, but imo they should have taken off the labor the first time when they were chasing the wrong issue! So in the end, I still paid almost $300 the second time (Over $500 total), and the manager told me if he had known he would have made me pay full diagnostics/labor twice. Which would have been close to $650 total! Now, how much sense does that make considering they got it wrong the first time? You can't say we'll look at something, then tell the customer we fixed it, and then when it doesn't fix it charge diagnostics, repair/parts and replacement time chasing a new idea for the same CEL! You're supposed to have confidence in your staff and the repairs they make. Then when it doesn't work, i'm sorry, but that's on you. The only service person that i'll ever speak to at this location again is Lee.
