onScheduled appt. on line. Arrived approximately 15 minutes before appt. time. Assigned service advisor greeted me after being called to desk BUT I did not see or hear from him afterwards. I was unexpectedly charged for fluid top offs. No offer to wash my car. Making me question my 10+ years of verhicle service loyality.
