Took my F150 in for a tire rotation and oil change. Being the consumer I am, I marked my tires to ensure they were actually rotated as stated. When I picked it up, there the tires sat in the same place they were when I left it. The paperwork was marked as being completed. So kicker is this was NOT the first time this happened. The last time I took it in, same thing. I had marked the tires, they marked completed, but it was not done. How many other customers have paid for work that was not done? This time the techs name was Joshua, which I saw on the work order. When the manager confronted him, Im assuming he still claimed that he rotated them, as the manager came back and asked me how I know, show him how they were marked! Unbelievable. I would never go back here by choice. So be aware and prepared!
