I mentioned to AJ I would like to be out of there by 9:15. He told me that he would do the best he could to make that happen.… An unexpected personal appointment Came up after he already scheduled the maintenance appointment for the car. Most spectacular experience!

Our salesman, Rolin, went above and beyond to make sure we were given an opportunity to… own a Cadillac! We are so grateful to him and needless to say we haven’t stopped smiling since we left Herb Chambers with our gorgeous 2025 XT5! Terrible experience
by Steve on 08/25/2024I have purchased a lot of vehicles over my 70 years. This was by far the worst experience I have had. I should have known when they told me they would change only two tires and leave the other two with "enough" tread. Every tire dealer I… have worked with always say change all 4 tires at the same time. I purchased the car on a Monday. I received a message on Wednesday it was ready. I questioned this and asked if the plates were in already. I was then told, no the plates are not in. I then asked if they could run a telematics report on the BMW. I was told to press the SOS button in the car after I got it home. Really? That is not how you run that report. On Thursday, I received a call asking for my insurance information. I had provided all that information on Monday when I signed the purchase agreement!! No wonder the plates were not ready, who knows what was being done between Monday and Thursday. I cannot image spending over six figures for an Alfa Romeo or Mazeratti at this place. I guess because I was only buying a used BMW, I was not important.Steve, we regret reading about your disappointing experience. We strive for excellence in customer service, and it appears that we could have provided a more meaningful experience. I'd like the opportunity to discuss this with you. by Extremely sadden on 08/16/2024I had 2005 cadiliac, brand new, servics were wonderful. Now I have 2017 xt5 paid in full via cashiers check. The first 5 years services were wonderful. Now they treat you terrible. The family friendly services i new and enjoyed has… become all about the money...... I will be buying amother vehicle in 2026 or 2027 buying via cashiers check but it will not be a herb chambers cadililacWe're truly sorry to hear about your more recent experiences with our service. It's disappointing to learn that we've begun to fall short of the friendly service you once enjoyed.
