  • Terrible experience

    I have purchased a lot of vehicles over my 70 years. This was by far the worst experience I have had. I should have known when they told me they would change only two tires and leave the other two with "enough" tread. Every tire dealer I have worked with always say change all 4 tires at the same time. I purchased the car on a Monday. I received a message on Wednesday it was ready. I questioned this and asked if the plates were in already. I was then told, no the plates are not in. I then asked if they could run a telematics report on the BMW. I was told to press the SOS button in the car after I got it home. Really? That is not how you run that report. On Thursday, I received a call asking for my insurance information. I had provided all that information on Monday when I signed the purchase agreement!! No wonder the plates were not ready, who knows what was being done between Monday and Thursday. I cannot image spending over six figures for an Alfa Romeo or Mazeratti at this place. I guess because I was only buying a used BMW, I was not important.

    I had 2005 cadiliac, brand new, servics were wonderful. Now I have 2017 xt5 paid in full via cashiers check. The first 5 years services were wonderful. Now they treat you terrible. The family friendly services i new and enjoyed has become all about the money...... I will be buying amother vehicle in 2026 or 2027 buying via cashiers check but it will not be a herb chambers cadililac

    This dealership goes above and beyond to help customers in the service dept. The staff is friendly and courteous. I have been going to this dealership for several years and have never had a bad experience. Everything that is done, or needs to be done is explained. Work is always done right the first time. I recommend this dealership to everyone, for service and if they are looking for a new car.

    Phone issues constantly. I had to try at least ten times to speak with services. I had to go through sales to get service. This happens often. Service desk excellent. AJ is fantastic. I get a loaner car if needed with no problems. I’m a three time repeat customer. Very satisfied once I connect with AJ.

    I needed an oil service and a check on a leaking tire. Herb Chambers Caddilac got me an appointment a week after I called and took care of my issues quickly and in their usual friendly manner.     Gentlemen at the service desk is always marvelous, efficient and a great communicator. Zero complaints about him, he is an asset to your team. Here is my issue. I checked in at 9:55am today 3/30/24. I needed an a simple oil changed and 2 codes removed due to engine on. I received the keys to my vehicle at 3:45pm. Almost 6 hours. Gentlemen at the service desk was very apologetic. I just feel this was terrible and gruesome to experience, my wife and I have bought 2 Cadillac from this dealer and we are looking to upgrade to the Lyriq in a matter of weeks but this really put a sour taste in our mouth. I’m sorry about having to complain but I was not happy.

    Went in for an oil change and tech found other issues with front end and rear end. AJ went out of his way with the warranty company and just had to pay deductible. Thank You AJ for your expertise with the customers.

    Everyone who works at this dealership is professional and helpful. They keep you apprised regarding what your vehicle needs and asks permission to replace if needed. Lounge is very comfortable with newspapers, magazines, a tv, cold water, snacks and coffee. Vehicle is also cleaned before your departure.
