Terrible experience

I have purchased a lot of vehicles over my 70 years. This was by far the worst experience I have had. I should have known when they told me they would change only two tires and leave the other two with "enough" tread. Every tire dealer I have worked with always say change all 4 tires at the same time. I purchased the car on a Monday. I received a message on Wednesday it was ready. I questioned this and asked if the plates were in already. I was then told, no the plates are not in. I then asked if they could run a telematics report on the BMW. I was told to press the SOS button in the car after I got it home. Really? That is not how you run that report. On Thursday, I received a call asking for my insurance information. I had provided all that information on Monday when I signed the purchase agreement!! No wonder the plates were not ready, who knows what was being done between Monday and Thursday. I cannot image spending over six figures for an Alfa Romeo or Mazeratti at this place. I guess because I was only buying a used BMW, I was not important.
