He got me into a new Honda quickly and hassle free. I recommend frank to all my friends and family members. This guy… should be president!!!! by shouldbe132 on 09/26/2014I leased my new Honda Civic on 9/8/14. I never had a new car b/c I didn't want the commitment of a monthly payment but the $$ amount i am paying is very reasonable. The entire process was so easy. My husband who purchased many new vehicles… kept ranting on how quick they made the process. The did not have the color combo I wanted on Sat. but as stated they did on Monday for me to take delivery. I chose to get the warranty (includes all oil changes and tires if needed) for only $12 a month it was worth that piece of mind. AAA+++Complete Waste of Time!!! Terrible Sales Dept. (Sean)
by honesty_20 on 07/08/2014Complete Waste of Time!!! Terrible Sales Dept. (Sean) So, I looked up a Nissan Rogue online over the weekend, found 1 that I liked at Honda of Drexel Hill. So around 10:30am I called to make sure it was still available & it was, so I asked… when I could come in to test drive, well SEAN the Sales Rep. tells me I can come in at 1pm b/c he is meeting with someone at 11am... (Just for full disclosure I recently had a child - 2 weeks old, so anytime is valuable at this point....) Well, I showed up at 1pm as I was told - TURNS OUT someone else is already test driving the car - even though I made an appt. for 1pm. Now I am waiting for about 30 minutes to test drive the same car I made an appt for, so I test drive the SUV and it was FILTHY DIRTY. For example as I was looking through vehicle there were at least 15 beer bottle caps in the back seat pocket, floors were scuzzy and steering wheel was broken. I asked if they just received the Nissan Rogue in? He said no they have had it for a month... Why they had not cleaned it in over a month is ridiculous, especially when you know someone is coming in to look at. So, I test drove the Rogue and it was fine, seemed to have no issues except filthy & broken steering wheel. I can always clean & ask for $ off for steering wheel, so I was interested in purchasing... WELL, as it turns out they already SOLD the car to the person who just test drove it during my appt... (meanwhile, she is sitting right next to me) HERE IS THE KICKER - SEAN, the sales rep. - only made the appt. for 1pm because he wanted to make the sale himself - I could have (& would have) come in anytime and just saw another sales rep. but nope SEAN was a greedy ÂUSED CAR SALESMANÂ who wanted the sale to himself, so in turn we lost out on the Nissan Rogue. ABSOLUTLEY TERRBILE SALES TEAM... They have lost a customer for life - as well as anyone I know.The old bait....
by jazzpants on 01/18/2009I was sent a price on a Honda. In the email I was told that I should respond in one hour to keep the pricing stated. I called and asked if the prices were good in the email and that I would drive down. I was told it was all good. I had… about an hour drive to get there. Once I got there, the model I was interested in had dealer added accessories that I had to pay for! That was not in the email. After a lot of time, the numbers were not adding up. The manager came out. We went back and forth and I told him about the email they sent me. He asked to see it and then said they could not honor their own price in the email! Unreal. I got the feeling that I was lied to and was baited down to the dealership with a false email. Their excuse for not honoring it was that the prices were from a month ago. Great. I left and went to Martin Main Line Honda.The worst "Sales Manager"
by 410616 on 12/03/2007Over at Drexel Hill Honda I expected great courtesy and comfort, what I received was totally different. The sales manager was extremely rude and refused to shake my hand when I reached out to shake his. I have never felt so uncomfortable in… all my life. There are a few nice gentlemen in there, but not enough. Have you ever walked by a crowd of people and everone is staring at you and you know they are getting ready to talk about you soon as you walk by? Well that sick feeling you get in your stomach is the feeling that you feel when you walk into Piazza Hondas Used cars shack. (the new one) If you enjoy customer service do not shop here. I was not sure what vehicle I was looking for when I got there but the saleman Frank S. was extremely patient and helped me to find the… perfect car at the perfect price. The rest of the staff were very courteous and helpfull also. I would recommend my friends, family members and anyone else who is looking to buy a car to go Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill.Do Not Believe Any Quote!!!

They tell you one thing on the phone but lie about hidden fees or that the quote was only for a loaner car. They should be removed from this… site!!!Bait and switch policy dealership

This is a big Bait and switch dealership which could not even match the… competitor prices, forget beating the prices. I would never recommend this dealership for any kind of business.Wonderful Experience

We received an attractive price from a local competitor, and despite having full knowledge of this quote the day before we stopped in to buy, they would not… match the price. They were courteous, simply told us that they couldn't work out the lower price and whoever gave it to us must be giving away cars or tacking on undisclosed fees. We wasted an hour of our Saturday afternoon waiting to be told that. After leaving, we went to another local dealer who honored the lower price, no hidden fees, no runaround. If they couldn't match the price, I would've appreciated knowing this before I visited and wasted my time away from my kids on a beautiful sunny day. These guys are all talk.Excellent Experience!!!

After buying a new car, purchased an extended warranty from Joe L, their director of finance. Went to cancel the warranty, but Joe who… sold the warranty could not be bothered to return my phone calls. Went in person and waited 30 minutes to speak to Joe. Was told the warranty was cancelled. Turned out they faxed the cancellation to the wrong place, and I continued to be charged for the warranty. Called Joe to discuss the matter. Not surprisingly, my phone calls were not returned. Called the owner of the dealership, who also could not take the time to call me back.Great Experience

My wife and I had a similarly negative experience at Drexel Hill Honda. We wanted to test drive a new CR-V, and this dealarship is the closest to our home. We were not given a warm welcome, although, to be fair, the showroom was very busy that day. A young salesman directed us to a slightly used model for a test drive, explaining that there were no new models on the lot. He was polite enough, but when we returned from our test drive we were left with the impression that this dealership could care less whether it sold us a car. I suppose with such hot-selling cars, Honda (and Toyota) dealers feel that the cars will sell themselves. If we buy a Honda, we will most definitely check out other dealers in the area.
