Piazza Honda of Springfield

Disrespectful, poor service, dismissive. Will never do business at Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill again. After buying a new car, purchased an extended warranty from Joe L, their director of finance. Went to cancel the warranty, but Joe who sold the warranty could not be bothered to return my phone calls. Went in person and waited 30 minutes to speak to Joe. Was told the warranty was cancelled. Turned out they faxed the cancellation to the wrong place, and I continued to be charged for the warranty. Called Joe to discuss the matter. Not surprisingly, my phone calls were not returned. Called the owner of the dealership, who also could not take the time to call me back.
