Piazza Honda of Springfield

I was sent a price on a Honda. In the email I was told that I should respond in one hour to keep the pricing stated. I called and asked if the prices were good in the email and that I would drive down. I was told it was all good. I had about an hour drive to get there. Once I got there, the model I was interested in had dealer added accessories that I had to pay for! That was not in the email. After a lot of time, the numbers were not adding up. The manager came out. We went back and forth and I told him about the email they sent me. He asked to see it and then said they could not honor their own price in the email! Unreal. I got the feeling that I was lied to and was baited down to the dealership with a false email. Their excuse for not honoring it was that the prices were from a month ago. Great. I left and went to Martin Main Line Honda.
