The worst "Sales Manager"
Written by 12/03/2007
onOver at Drexel Hill Honda I expected great courtesy and comfort, what I received was totally different. The sales manager was extremely rude and refused to shake my hand when I reached out to shake his. I have never felt so uncomfortable in all my life. There are a few nice gentlemen in there, but not enough. Have you ever walked by a crowd of people and everone is staring at you and you know they are getting ready to talk about you soon as you walk by? Well that sick feeling you get in your stomach is the feeling that you feel when you walk into Piazza Hondas Used cars shack. (the new one) If you enjoy customer service do not shop here. My wife and I had a similarly negative experience at Drexel Hill Honda. We wanted to test drive a new CR-V, and this dealarship is the closest to our home. We were not given a warm welcome, although, to be fair, the showroom was very busy that day. A young salesman directed us to a slightly used model for a test drive, explaining that there were no new models on the lot. He was polite enough, but when we returned from our test drive we were left with the impression that this dealership could care less whether it sold us a car. I suppose with such hot-selling cars, Honda (and Toyota) dealers feel that the cars will sell themselves. If we buy a Honda, we will most definitely check out other dealers in the area.
