10+ Years of excellent service
by PD on 10/20/2022I’ve been with Deana Hicks over 10 years. She fits me in with my complicated schedule, always preapproves charges and services, and goes out of her way to find time when my schedule is complicated. My recent service became way too… complicated due to rapid changes in MY schedule - what I thought was a drop-off for two days with a rental became “Bringing the rental back today, can mine be ready?” (With oil change, inspection, winter tire swap, brakes and brake fluids in the service… got it done.) I have a Toyota dealership within 5 miles of my house… there’s a reason i travel 25 miles for both my and my wife’s Rav service. On follow up questions: *BEFORE timeframe I originally requested. My timeframe changed, they adapted admirably.this review is regarding the service department

Best car purchase experience

The salesman Rutul (Rudy) Shah is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the Corolla. Rudy was always available and… quick to answer either by email or phone. Ask for Rudy. He'll take care of you. I like purchasing from Spitzer, as I have used their Service dept since 2014 for my Camry, and I have had no issues.Bryan, Thank you so much for your excellent review! by MP on 09/02/2022I was very surprised by Deana Hicks the service contact person at the desk. I was surprised by the effort she put in to help me with the repairs on my vehicle which were covered by my extended warranty, even though she was very very busy.… She had a very pleasant and fun demeanor. While my car was being repaired I had to go to a doctors appointment. She arranged for the shuttle to take me to my appointment and pick me up when it was done. It’s hard enough being without a vehicle because it needs repairs, but this type of attitude and understanding on the part of Deana and Spitzer Toyota took a pressure filled situation and made it pleasant. When I return to the dealership from my appointment my car was almost ready and Deana Expedited the paperwork even though I requested additional information and price quotes. She as well as everyone else I came in contact while at the dealership was very eager to help, the repairs to my vehicle or done expeditiously And correctly. I would like to thank everyone at Spitzer and congratulate them on a job well done, especially Deana Hicks. I don’t usually write reviews but in this case I was so impressed with my experience that I chose to do so. Was in the mkt for a new Venza Limited…as anyone could appreciate they are difficult to procure with current supply shortages. Jamie and Andy kept me abreast of dealer… allocations…and after a few months I was able to pick up my Venza last Wednesday! Great vehicle! He quickly assessed my Rav’s service needs and performed the service intake. About 40 minutes later my Rav was done… being properly serviced and washed.
