onIn for an oil and filter change. James Thomas, the Spitzer service rep, greeted me in a professionally friendly manner. He quickly assessed my Rav’s service needs and performed the service intake. About 40 minutes later my Rav was done being properly serviced and washed. James represents the highest level possible representing Spitzer Toyota’s service department! Thank you James and Spitzer!
