I’ve been with Deana Hicks over 10 years. She fits me in with my complicated schedule, always preapproves charges and services, and goes out of her way to find time when my schedule is complicated. My recent service became way too complicated due to rapid changes in MY schedule - what I thought was a drop-off for two days with a rental became “Bringing the rental back today, can mine be ready?” (With oil change, inspection, winter tire swap, brakes and brake fluids in the service… got it done.) I have a Toyota dealership within 5 miles of my house… there’s a reason i travel 25 miles for both my and my wife’s Rav service. On follow up questions: *BEFORE timeframe I originally requested. My timeframe changed, they adapted admirably.
