I was very surprised by Deana Hicks the service contact person at the desk. I was surprised by the effort she put in to help me with the repairs on my vehicle which were covered by my extended warranty, even though she was very very busy. She had a very pleasant and fun demeanor. While my car was being repaired I had to go to a doctors appointment. She arranged for the shuttle to take me to my appointment and pick me up when it was done. It’s hard enough being without a vehicle because it needs repairs, but this type of attitude and understanding on the part of Deana and Spitzer Toyota took a pressure filled situation and made it pleasant. When I return to the dealership from my appointment my car was almost ready and Deana Expedited the paperwork even though I requested additional information and price quotes. She as well as everyone else I came in contact while at the dealership was very eager to help, the repairs to my vehicle or done expeditiously And correctly. I would like to thank everyone at Spitzer and congratulate them on a job well done, especially Deana Hicks. I don’t usually write reviews but in this case I was so impressed with my experience that I chose to do so. Again well done to Spitzer Toyota.
