  • 2012 Nissan Rogue SV

    5 out of 5 starsby JohnMc912 on 01/15/2015

I appreciated all of my salesperson's (Ryan) efforts to answer my questions, educate me about the used 2012 Nissan Rogue SV and work with me to get the best price for my Rogue. Upon my discovery of extensive small dings and dents on the hood of my car at settlement (concealed by a layer of snow), the Sales Manager, Jeffrey, quickly and decisively resolved my concerns. He provided a loaner car and promised to have the car hood repaired and repainted. As it turns out, they installed a new car hood. I am impressed. Overall, my car buying experience with my salesperson and the Exton Nissan staff was a professional and accommodating one. I will definitely recommend their dealership to friends and family.

Went in to just test drive some SUVs and came out with a new Nissan Pathfinder. Easy to talk to and very helpful. Strongly Recommend.

  • Exton Nissan excels in customer delight.

From Sales to Service….. the experience at Exton Nissan continually exceeds your expectation. The moment the Sales manager Jeff greets you there is a feeling of trust established. The professionalism coupled with the “your among friends” atmosphere builds a rapport you rarely feel as a customer…… At Exton Nissan you’re not merely a customer, your family…… And the team isn’t happy until you are happy. My sales person Liz quickly understood my needs and budget… And before I knew I was test driving a car I loved that fit my budget….. Since I was coming down to the show room they fit my son’s car in for maintenance so I wouldn’t have to make an extra trip……. Proactive and customer centric!!!!!! In my professional life I’m driven to provide customer satisfaction… So I know what a good customer experience feels like……. At Exton Nissan you receive customer DELIGHT!!!! Thank you Bush family and Exton Team…. Yours truly Exton Nissan Lifer!

  • Thank you Ryan! I salute you.

Let me begin by saying that I am a sailor in the US Navy. My wife and I live in West Chester, but I was stationed in Pensacola, FL. My wife and I needed a new car which is where Exton Nissan and Ryan Ramberger came in. They spent nearly an entire day walking her through the used and new car lots, discussing financing options, and special discounts. Not only that, but they were extremely patient as my wife called and updated me every step of the way. Even though I was 1100 miles away, I felt as though nothing was being left out. I was so happy we ended up purchasing a 2015 Nissan Altima! I love my new car and the deal we got. Thank you do much!!!

Just purchased a new car and I love it! The customer service was great and the car buying process was easy. I'd definitely return to Exton Nissan for future car purchases. No complaints!

  • Go see Dan

    5 out of 5 starsby VinnyP90 on 12/21/2014

I went to Exton Nissan to trade in my 03 accord for something new. Dan immediately worked with my budget that I had, showed me a pre-owned car that was both reliable and affordable, and even made the process rather quick. If you want a great deal with a salesperson who will respect your time, go see him!

  • The Best Car Buying Experience!

    5 out of 5 starsby sport18 on 12/13/2014

I traveled 2 hours for the perfect car and received that and more with amazing service! My salesman Michael Goldman made the purchasing process painless. Chuck Desantis the GM offer to do the touch up work on my car and delivered the car to my home in MD, this is the definition of customer service!
  • "Bait and Switch", condescending and unorganized

    1 out of 5 starsby sabine4 on 12/02/2014

Do yourself a favor and find a different dealer to buy a car. Made an appointment to see a used Lincoln Aviator for 6pm. Spoke with the internet person to verify the car was there, and was told it would be ready for a test drive that evening. Received a confirmation of my appointment at 4.45pm. Arrived at 6.20pm, only to be told that car was not on site. Then I was told car sold 2 hours ago. Considering I had come with pages of research on that car and ready to buy that particular car that night, I was very upset about having wasted my time and special coordination to make it to this particular dealership. A single phone call that car sold would have saved us a lot of time. The car had been listed for 45 days and was a good price, and I thought it sounded fishy that suddenly "the car sold two hours ago", but was still listed on the internet. I demanded to speak with a manager, who then told me that they posted the car on ebay for auction. I asked to see the auction, but they told me they couldn't close it early to sell me a car. I told them you can easily close an auction early as I had been an ebay seller myself, but they weren't willing to do this. Furthermore, they then couldn't find the actual auction. By this time, I was extremely upset, and the people I spoke with got more and more condescending ("We can't hold a car for anybody"). I strongly suspect this car was a "bait and switch" tactic to get you into the dealership with a good offer and then try to sell you something else. Especially since the car is still listed on the internet the following day....anyway, we went to Scott Honda Select in West Chester that same night, and drove off with a beautiful Hyandai Santa Fe with low mileage and great price. The dealership stayed open late to accommodate us and complete the sale, we were treated like valued customers and not like people taking a number at the meat counter. The whole transaction was smooth, our sales person was amazing, and the contrast in experience to Nissan Exton was like night and day. If you are looking for a wonderful car buying experience, Nissan Exton shouldn't be on your list.
  • The Best Nissan Leaf Lease in TRI-STATE

    5 out of 5 starsby drexelhill1 on 11/02/2014

Our lease of 2015 Nissan Leaf was a very pleasant experience. From the fair price to delivery was all accomplished quickly and professionally. We are pleased to recommend Exton Nissan Team as a preferred dealer. I have been shopping to lease a 2015 Nissan Leaf and the best buying and leasing experience I found at Exton Nissan. Sales Team including Amit, Chuck and Sean gave me the best lease rate in Tri-State. Thanks to the Finance manager Amit for the deal we could not refuse. Highly Recommend A++++++++++++++++++++

Purchased 2011 Nissan Rogue from Exton Nissan. Sales person, Kathy D. was so helpful and knowledgeable. Had to trade in old Rogue due to new job and 11,000 extra miles put on car. Exton Nissan worked up a good deal and Kathy D. was instrumental in making that happen at a price I could afford. Thanks Exton Nissan!
  • Unscrupulous

1 out of 5 starsby psujaf on 08/23/2010

Stay away from MVP Nissan! Not only is their customer service horrible, their sales practices are definitely unscrupulous. Just as another reviewer posted, they did and said anything to make a sale. They told me that satellite radio could be placed into the existing radio of the Nissan Rogue 360 that I planned to buy. The sales people knew that I would walk away if it was not possible. As it turned out, and which I contend they knew prior, the satellite radio was not compatible with the existing radio in the Rogue 360. What I was told was my "only option" was to have the satellite display mounted on my dashboard to which I agreed because the amount of the satellite radio was included in the amount that I financed. In the end, the mounted radio now interferes with my current radio. AND because they had to take my car "off site" to install this, they used up and did not replace my gas (I had less than a quarter tank when I got my car back). In addition, they helped themselves to my EZ Pass to pay for their trip to Bensalem, which I had to discover on my own. Customer service could not correct the problem, which I found out from them almost one week and several unreturned phone calls later. I emailed the General Manager and over a week later have not received a follow up call regarding a resolution. Make sure you contact the Better Business Bureau as I have if you have trouble with this dealership. I wished I had read these posts as well at the BBB website prior to buying my car at MVP Nissan.
  • Sold our car to another buyer

1 out of 5 starsby gdkd on 05/26/2010

Put a deposit down and signed an agreement on a used car today and they sold it that night to another person. Neither Mike nor Brad, each sales managers would take our calls. Salesman Paul could do nothing. More to come. Watch out what you agree to ...
    • Truth be told this dealership used to have good employees. Matt B, Megan M and Mike M were all professionals however none of them are there anymore. Its a shame because they were all class acts. If you dont get what they promise from them on the spot now, they will never deliver.

  • Terrible Post Sale Support

2.4 out of 5 starsby johnnykal on 05/25/2010

I bought a 2010 Murano in March of this year. When they sold me the Murano I was told that they were out of manuals at this time and they would send me one the next week. A week went by and I called to follow up and they told me the manual will be dropped in the mail in the next 24 hours. I waited another week and the manual still did not arrive. I called the dealership and left messages and they failed to return my calls. So on May 24th and I drove to the dealership today to get my manual. I got to MVP Nissan and explained my frustrations. However, they continued to give me the runaround. The General Manager Michael Liss tried to give me a 2009 manual and said "nothing has really changed from the 2009 version to 2010." I said I do not want the 2009 manual, I want the 2010 version since that is the vehicle I own and PAID for!! I then asked him if he has any 2010 Muranos on site. He replied "yes". I said will if someone buys one tonight what manual will you give them. "He responded "a 2010 manual". This made my blood boil. He still refused to give me a 2010 manual even though he has them at the dealership. This is an UNACCEPTABLE practice. He had no problems selling me a Murano without the manual, but repeatedly said he could not sell one today without the manual and that he could not give me one at this time. BUYER BEWARE! If Michael Liss can not back a promise on delivering a manual, what will he do when your car needs to be repaired! Save yourself the hassel and go elsewhere. Please note that the salesman (Bob) I worked with when i originally purchased the car was professional and courteous.
    • Your salesperson (Rob or BOB) was a class act but didn't have everything you were suppose to get, such as instruction manuels? I guess someone didn't do their job properly as going over the car and making sure your car has everything you were suppose to have, such as keys and all the books. But since he is such a class act, your anger goes toward GM and entire team in the dealership BUT one person who's actually at fault here. Yup, that makes TONS of sense. It's sales persons JOB to make sure you get everything you were suppose get with the car before delivery and in case something is missing, it's sales persons JOB to order whatever the missing item may be and get you the "we-owe" form. If someone has too much time in their hands to write multiple negative reviews because of missing instruction manuel, you have to wonder if he has anything positive to say in his life as well.

    • Michael Liss is a fraud and always has been. No surprises there. Where are the good people from Exton? Matt B? Megan M?

  • Terrible Post Sale Support

    2.2 out of 5 starsby anthonyr610 on 05/13/2010

My wife and I purchased a new vehicle on 3/31/10 which was brought in from another dealership missing the manuals and spare key. We were told they would have it for us within one week. After 29 days, 7 messages without a return call, and an escalation to corporate consumer affairs they finally delivered. They the said they felt bad about how things went and wanted to offer something to make up for the poor handling of the situation. When I made a request in lieu of their offer I was told it had to be run by the manager and we would be given an answer the following day. After one stop into the dealership, 15 days without an answer, and another escalation to consumer affairs I was told they could do nothing for me. The last three vehicles I purchased were Nissans. This was the first, and certainly will be the last from MVP of Exton. I explained that I had no problem waiting for the key or manual as being without them wasn't hurting me. However, repeatedly ignoring a loyal customer's calls is unacceptable. Just like the other reviewer said, steer clear of this dealer if service after the sale is important to you. Tim Rivas, Mike Liss, and Matt Bonhage have made it abundantly clear it is not important to them.
    • I purchased my Murano in March of 2010. Today is May 25th and still no manual even though they have them at the dealership. I will never purchase another car from them. Unbelievable.

  • Purchased Two Vehicles from Nissan Of Exton

3.4 out of 5 starsby jthuynh on 04/02/2009

Great buying experience. They were willing to work with you, negotiate on everything. Got a good deal for my two purchases and two trade in. The problem arise when you try to get customer service from your sales rep or GM after the purchase. I think it great customer service until they get to purchase, after that, you are on your own. Would not recommend buying from them unless you are just looking for a good deal, but if customer service is important to you, steer clear from them. You have been warned.

I traded my nice, reliable Mazda 3 for a used Equinox less than 2 months ago because I needed something bigger for my expected child. Ever since I drove it off the lot it had a nasty hesitation under acceleration. I called the sales manager and he said it was under warranty and to bring it to my closest chevy dealer. But it was not covered. Chevy dealer found that it was a misfire so the warranty company would not cover it and I got stuck with a 150 dollar diagnosis bill. I call Exton Nissan AGAIN and talk to the sales manager explaining what had happened and it was not covered. He says "SURE! We'll take care of it for you, bring it down!" So I drive an hour back to the dealer and he tells it's going to cost 550 to fix. "Taking care of it" coming from the GM typically doesn't mean PAY OUT THE REAR to fix a car you JUST BOUGHT. SO not only was I lied to but I was n't even offered a test drive before I bought the car, I didn't think much of it as I had already driven an Equinox and knew what they drove like but obviously they were hiding the issue the vehicle had and now refuse to fix it. DO NOT BUY FROM EXTON NISSAN!!!
  • Worst Dealership I ever Dealt With

First they treat customers like car dealers did in the '70s. They take your keys from your car for test driving and don't give them back to keep you in the showroom. I had to ask four times to get them back. After finally reaching a price, I bought. They totally botched the delivery. Cliff lost my spare keys to the new car, didn't put the license plate on the car, no windshield washer fluid and the tire pressure warning light was on. I then noticed a week later that there were no center hub caps. When I took it back to get some, they told me the caps must have been stolen since they wouldn't miss that on delivery. I reminded them of the above items missed on delivery. Didn't matter - they wanted $240 for the caps. I was also told they fired Cliff for botched deliveries. Chris Cooke the service manager went as far as to print out a report that indeed, showed that the car was missing the caps while on their lot, but he had a work order that shows they replaced them. So it was missing them, then, it's missing them now, and they screwed everything else up at delivery, but I am a victim of theft. Also, the day I picked the car up, I noticed a new Z sitting on cement blocks with the wheels missing. Cliff explained that it was vandalized the night before and that they have had a number of thefts on the lot & vandalism against the building.... but someone else stole my caps?? As a compromise, they offered to sell me the caps for $90. No thanks - won’t pay for something that should be on the car when I bought it. Since then, Cliff is now back & promised to get me the caps. That's been going on for a month & he can't get his "boss" to ok it. Cliff also told me there were a number of people with similar issues like this, but that new management is cleaning house. If so, where are my caps?? Like I started off with - they are like a dealership from the '70s - no customer service & stick it to the customer any way you can. I wish I say a posting like this before I bought! I've bought at least 30 cars in my life time & this by far has been my worst buying experience ever.

I recently leased a 2013 Altima from Exton Nissan, working with Steve K. Both he and the dealer's other representatives were a breadth of fresh air, offering no exaggerated claims or come ons, but deliverying on all their promises. I have dealt with at least a dozen dealers before Exton; none have measured up to their standard.

My experience with Exton Nissan was great. Melanie was my salesperson, and it's safe to say that she made this the best car buying experience for me so far. She was very knowledgeable about the product and very attentive to my needs as far the vehicle I wanted. She made herself available to answer any questions or concerns I had, which was very comforting. The customer service provided by Melanie & Chuck (Sales Manager) was excellent. I would recommend Exton Nissan to others looking for great car buying experience.

So I bought a car not even 90 days ago. so far this car has been back there a couple times to have it fixed, it now has something wrong with car, so I call a different dealership to get if fixed, they ran the VIN number and say I don't have a warranty, exton Nissan never told me this nor was I offered a warranty on the car, I got a warranty that covers the wheel and interior but NOTHING else, Talk about getting snowballed, I call them and they say o well you can buy one now!!!!! is this how Nissan operates? They don't car they just want to make a sale? Ridiculous !!!!!!!!!!!! Notthing was explained correctly, who buys a warranty for 5 years on rims but not the car itself

I recently purchased a new Maxima from Exton Nissan. Lincoln O. was my salesman. He really listened to what type of features were most important to me, recommended that we test drive four different vehicles to make sure I knew the pros/cons of each. Then he found the perfect Maxima with just the right amount of gadgets for me! I previously leased two other vehicles from the prior owners of this dealership and had to "play hardball" in order to get a half-decent deal each time. But this negotiation (with the new owners) was so much easier. Based on this latest experience, I highly recommend Exton Nissan!
