Great experience shopping for a new work van
Woltz & Wind Terrible Service Department
by UnhappyCust on 10/02/2018updated 10/15/2018Woltz & Wind Ford intentionally overbooks their service department with the online booking site. When you show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be informed that they will need to keep your vehicle overnight because they're… overbooked. If you ask them for a loaner vehicle for the inconvenience, the service advisor will tell you to take your vehicle somewhere else for service. Their service manager acknowledges this and is of no help. Alternately, if you have a diesel vehicle and use their online booking tool to schedule service in advance, you will be turned away when you arrive for your appointment and asked to reschedule another date with their diesel technician.Ford Fusions Don't Last
by Fusion Owner on 10/13/2018I am a high mileage driver, and I always plan to trade my car in every couple of years. The general idea is that a low mileage used car should last me to somewhere in the high 60 to low 70 thousand mile range with only standard maintenance… (oil changes, tire rotation, etc...). This has been a fool's errand with my last two Fusions. Each started having difficulties around the 50,000 mile mark, some problems covered under warranty other problems not. The car is just not durable, which is a shame because the vehicles run beautifully and are a joy to drive through the first 50,000 miles are so. Wolz and Wind is a good dealership. I have always been treated fairly and efficiently with both sales and service staff. It is too bad Ford doesn't manufacture cars that meet the same quality standards of the people who sell and service them.SportTrac

Shortly after, I damaged my driver's side rear view mirror. Wodtz & Wind repaired… it promptly at a very reasonable cost.Hello Dave, thank you for leaving such a great review and high star rating! Fair but not balanced.

When I am using the adaptive cruise control on the interstate and passing a large truck with reflective side panels the glare activates the brakes. The dealer said they couldn't duplicate the… issue but the problem is all over the internet and is obvious to Ford that the issue has not been resolved. I don't blame the dealer for the issue it is on Ford but it would be nice to hear the dealer admit to the flaw.Extremely rude cashier

My wife, who at the time was seven months pregnant, was treated extremely rudely by the cashier at the end of the visit. Everything went very well with our service experience until it… was ruined by this person’s extremely coarse and unacceptable attitude.We're extremely disappointed to hear about your negative experience at our dealership. Woltz and Wind Experience Mustang GT
by Robert P on 08/27/2018updated 09/04/2018My experience with the above dealership for repair service was abysmal. My 1991 Mustang GT convertible would not start after being stored over the winter. A new battery was initially placed, but to no avail. I’ve been took it to a local… garage which I’ve had it serviced many times without incident. This time, they stated that I should go to A Ford dealership/garage. Thus, I went to Woltz and Wind. They first stated that the gasoline had spoiled and it was changed. This did not solve the problem. They did determine that there was something wrong with the electrical system and stated that The electrical part would have to be sent to Detroit. They said it would take three weeks. I requested if they could put the car in the garage because the wait and also because the car is an antique with only 26,000 miles on it. They said that they could not do so. I paid over $1200 and picked it up on a Saturday, as I was out of town on business. The car new onset scratches on the hood and fender panel of the hood in the same plane. Furthermore, the fuse box cover was off and could not be placed back on. Also, I noticed that a piece of carpet/sound deadening material was placed on the rear floor. I rubbed out the scratches as best as I could. A few days later I received an email from the dealership asking for my feedback. They requested that if my feedback were to be unfavorable that I should call first. I did so and spoke with Lisa. This was nine days ago. She stated that she would get back with me soon. I also requested what grade of gas I should have in the car when I stored it. She stated that she would get back with me regarding this also. Since it has been over two weeks since my last communication with them, I will pursue this forum to at least state my problem, as Lisa and the dealership has failed to keep its promise to address my problem. I would have rather had at least some degree of resolution with the dealership.Robert, we are so disappointed to learn of this situation you have described. Liftgate stuck shut

Friendly, excellent service
by James D on 07/22/2018updated 08/09/2018I took my F150 to my usual local service center and was told it needed 23 engine components replaced under warranty. I took it to Woltz and Wind where they diagnosed it immediately, got it covered by my warranty and gave me a car for the… several days it took to repair. Everyone was extremely nice and the procedures were streamlined. They were also very flexible with my schedule. I work nights in emergency services so that was pretty important. Special shout out to Danielle in service for setting everything up.repaired bluetooth
