Woltz & Wind Ford intentionally overbooks their service department with the online booking site. When you show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be informed that they will need to keep your vehicle overnight because they're overbooked. If you ask them for a loaner vehicle for the inconvenience, the service advisor will tell you to take your vehicle somewhere else for service. Their service manager acknowledges this and is of no help. Alternately, if you have a diesel vehicle and use their online booking tool to schedule service in advance, you will be turned away when you arrive for your appointment and asked to reschedule another date with their diesel technician.
