Fair but not balanced.

onWent into dealer for service on a recall item. When I am using the adaptive cruise control on the interstate and passing a large truck with reflective side panels the glare activates the brakes. The dealer said they couldn't duplicate the issue but the problem is all over the internet and is obvious to Ford that the issue has not been resolved. I don't blame the dealer for the issue it is on Ford but it would be nice to hear the dealer admit to the flaw.
