by lmottau on 12/21/2016My former car, a Mercedes, was totaled in early December and I needed to replace it quickly. My wife and I are very active and we need an all weather car for skiing, kayaking and other outdoor activities. The Subaru Outback fit the bill,… and we are very happy with the car and all its safety features. The dealership and sales rep, Bill Kezer, went out of their way to get us the car we chose in spite of the area's first big snow storm. Everyone we met at the dealership were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The process was straight forward, and fast. Just what we needed Thank you Bill and Subaru of BendSubaru of Bend slowest car dealership ever!!

They constantly questioned us and tried to pressure us. After buying several vehicles this was by far the… worst experience I've ever had. Their finance manager is sleezy and tried to take advantage of anyone not paying close attention to all the details. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!New car easy

She went out of her way to stay in touch with us, and we had spec'd out the car a couple… of months in advance of returning our current car. When time came to place the order, make a down payment, we arrived at the dealership, and guess what: our exact Subaru Outback, color, fit out, was sitting there in front of the door. With a sales price attached that we couldn't say no to. Awesome customer service, and a great sales effort. Congratulation Stacey to a job well done.Great experience
by CSShipp on 10/10/2016Our internet sales rep (Bill Keser) made the purchase of our 2017 Forester 2.0XT Touring a simple straight forward transaction without the normal back room dealings and shell games one typically encounters at some of the Eugene, OR… dealerships. The Eugene dealersip told us the car we wanted was not in stock on the west coast, whereas Bill located the exact car with all the options and packages we wanted within hours. Her explanations were simple enough to make sense and remember, yet covered what we wanted or needed to know. We felt she enjoyed her job, and maybe even… enjoyed being with us? We though she enthusiastically went the extra mile to help us both in ordering and then in showing us how the car works. I made an appointment to to look at a car I was interested in. The entire dealer experience with Jeff was a… 10+!!! There was no hard sale tactics and he bent over backwards to put together a sales price that would work for both of us. This is how car buying should be - a pleasant experience, not feeling like you just came out of the dentist office :-)A great place to buy a Subaru

I worked as an Internet Sales Manager for a while after I retired, and Jeff… Mayernik worked with me in the exact way that I worked with my customers. There was never any hesitation or back-tracking. All of my questions were answered promptly and accurately. The first time we met was yesterday when my wife and I came in to pick up our new Forester. Because of an accident my wife had right before moving here we needed 2 cars. Everyone we came in contact with at the… dealer was very courteous and knowledgeable. Cheryl felt like a friend, Jim who took us on a test drive (i think that was his name) was very nice, and Evie who did our paperwork made everything go by real smooth. They answered all our questions and made the buying process seem easy. They automatically gave us a price below MSRP on both cars. We had an issue with our auto loan and bank a few days later after buying which led us to technically driving away with the vehicles unpaid. We squared everything out with the dealer and were able to keep the cars anyways. 'You're in Bend, she said...' by car_coll7 on 06/28/2015Bought a Subaru from Subaru of Bend. Felt pressured and taken advantage of. The staff knew I was new to Central Oregon and was in a vulnerable position. They preyed on that. Service department is just as poor with customer "service". Not… sure either sales or service know the meaning of that word. I'll happily drive to Portland for my next car, or go across the street to Smolich.we are so sorry to hear you were frustrated with your purchase. There have apparently been major changes in sales and service since late June 2015. I unexpectedly needed service on a VW TDI window issue and received excellent service I was also alerted to an unknown alignment problem and was able to obtain ASAP correction before leaving the dealer I have been dealing with Cheryl and Jeff for a lease and wife and I anticipate taking delivery within the next 10 or so days Since I have ▬►NEVER◄▬ traded a car before , I expect that dealing with me is a challenge Cheryl and Jeff (and others) have been quite professional , patient , and helpful Jim Brady 2015 12 14 Mon 16:32 local time

My wife and I are very indecisive and changed our mind on car color 3 times.… But Evelyn did not mind all, she helped us get the color we wanted and was really helpful in the trade-in process. I recommend you contact her to get the best price and customer service.Glad to hear that you appreciated Evie's patience....sometimes picking the color is the hardest decision!! enjoy your new Outback:)

by RLT53 on 03/20/2015We special ordered a 15 Subaru Outback Limited using the Costco car program. We were told it would take 9-12 weeks and it arrived in 8. We ordered it with Chery's help in their internet dept and she was upfront and honest on every aspect.… Jeff Mayernik was our salesperson and spent several hours with us when the car came in to explain every part of the car to us and set everything up as we wanted. We got the exact car we wanted at the price quoted without hassle from two very excellent people at the dealership.Thank you for the great comments.

I bought a car from one of their locally owned dealerships, that had failed to work for me for quite some time. I spoke with the owner who gladly told me to take… my car into the shop at the Subaru of Bend, so I did. On my way there, my car died and the owner Matt T. paid for a tow truck to come get me. Not only did he do this, but he also paid for all of the repairs on my car which came out to be more than $2,300. I am entirely grateful because I never could have afforded that myself!!! (I'm a college student, getting by pay check to pay check) well, I finally got my car back today, the owner has also paid for my insurance on my car for the next several months!!! I am entirely grateful for all that these people have done for me!!! They put incredibly more effort into helping me than they had needed to, but they did because they care about their customers!!!! So thank you Subaru of Bend!!! You are awesome!!! Angels do exist!!!You are welcome and thank you for the great review!

Not pushed at all, described what I wanted and got what everyone shoud expect, great customer… service. I had done my research ahead of time and really felt that they appreciated it. No hassle, no attitude. Very happy with all of them. I will by my next car there without a doubt. Cheryl and Evie in the Internet sale office are amazing!Thank you for your business! Cheryl and JR were so fun to work with(we have some great test drive stories to tell people). :) I'm not sure how many trips it took for me to buy an Outback but it was a lot. Subaru of Bend… almost felt like a 2nd home. There was never any pressure which I appreciated. Plus, I could always count on a timely response with any question. One of the best things was finding out I didn't have to be handed off to a finance person at the end. The internet team takes care of that for you! It's like a package deal which eased some anxiety.
