Subaru of Bend

I moved to the area recently with my wife and came with the intention of buying one vehicle since I sold my other car. Because of an accident my wife had right before moving here we needed 2 cars. Everyone we came in contact with at the dealer was very courteous and knowledgeable. Cheryl felt like a friend, Jim who took us on a test drive (i think that was his name) was very nice, and Evie who did our paperwork made everything go by real smooth. They answered all our questions and made the buying process seem easy. They automatically gave us a price below MSRP on both cars. We had an issue with our auto loan and bank a few days later after buying which led us to technically driving away with the vehicles unpaid. We squared everything out with the dealer and were able to keep the cars anyways. 'You're in Bend, she said...' We were not pushed into buying the cars or getting any optional equipment.
