Buyer beware

onBought a Subaru from Subaru of Bend. Felt pressured and taken advantage of. The staff knew I was new to Central Oregon and was in a vulnerable position. They preyed on that. Service department is just as poor with customer "service". Not sure either sales or service know the meaning of that word. I'll happily drive to Portland for my next car, or go across the street to Smolich.

There have apparently been major changes in sales and service since late June 2015.
I unexpectedly needed service on a VW TDI window issue and received excellent service
I was also alerted to an unknown alignment problem and was able to obtain ASAP correction before leaving the dealer
I have been dealing with Cheryl and Jeff for a lease and wife and I anticipate taking delivery within the next 10 or so days
Since I have ▬►NEVER◄▬ traded a car before , I expect that dealing with me is a challenge
Cheryl and Jeff (and others) have been quite professional , patient , and helpful
