Cheryl was easy to be with, easy to listen to, relaxed, and yet professional. Her explanations were simple enough to make sense and remember, yet covered what we wanted or needed to know. We felt she enjoyed her job, and maybe even enjoyed being with us? We though she enthusiastically went the extra mile to help us both in ordering and then in showing us how the car works.
