GREAT deal on my new 2024 Jetta GLI and I couldn't be more impressed.

Milo Flores was my sales person and honestly I couldn't have been more impressed and satisfied with his efforts to help me get the BEST deal on my brand new 2024 Jetta GLI 40th Anniversary edition! He went above and beyond for me, even… going as far as replying to a message when he wasn't even on the clock (sorry about that Milo). My experience here was great, and I've owned A LOT of Volkswagens over the years and have dealt with many dealerships. Go here if you want to be treated with respect and be taken care of the best!

Note: The only thing I wasn't super impressed with was the 3% credit card charge, but I guess that's a small price to pay when you get such a good deal on your brand new car ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I recently took my vw Jetta in to fix an issue I was having with my key getting stuck in the ignition. Jenna was friendly, efficient and kept be… updated by text messages throughout the process. by LG on 08/10/2022We are loyal to VW as the services are reasonably priced, performed by capable mechanics and done in a timely manner. Their customer service is consistently on point. Working with Jenna directly has been a real pleasure! She welcomes me… with a smile everytime I come in and strives to make my visit as seamless as possible. This last visit was no different, EXCEPT I received above and beyond assistance! My service light turned on a few days before we were to leave for a 6 day road trip. I called Jenna immediately and she was able to get me in 2 days prior to departure. During the full service check, they found an issue that most certainly would have caused major issues on our trip. Jenna wasted no time in confirming the parts and getting the work done THAT DAY! I was absolutely amazed at how much was done during that one visit. Jenna being so prompt and dedicated to the safety of her customers was paramount, especially in this situation. The issue found during the service most definitely would have put a wrench in our trip and would have cost us thousands of dollars in damages had it not been fixed. As always Jenna with VW didn't disappoint and really helped my family and I out. So much gratitude and appreciation!Nic Perez rocks!

Nic took the keys early as requested by me, had the car checked the day of the appointment and had me on the road the day after(same day parts arrived). The timely fashion… in which I was updated and ushered out with my car was above industry standard and I would HIGHLY recommend based off this information alone. Our experience was so positive, we plan to make this dealership our go-to service place, despite having other choices closer to home. We worked with Dameriea,… who was sympathetic, pleasant, polite, efficient, and just an overall professional. He made qexperience a positive one. The service people were prompt and had us back on the road in about an hour, which was remarkable since we just dropped in. The bill was a shock because of how LITTLE we were charged. We weren't thrilled to have to spend our vacation time sitting at a service center, but were delighted to find a welcoming, brightly lit waiting room with multiple seating options (work tables, couches, padded swivel and arm chairs...), a guest computer, complimentary snacks and beverages, and clean restrooms. There was also a children's area with toys, books, crayons and so forth.Call Milo for a new car

Jim (James) Sandman was super communicative in the process of getting our ID.4 ready and letting us know once we could finally come get it! He was super knowledgeable about the vehicle… and its new/updated features. We didn't feel pressured to do anything we didn't want to, and their financing team helped us get great options. We are super satisfied with our experience with them!So much smoother than I ever expected
by Norbert T on 07/18/2022I was definitely VERY prepared to face some grumpy and manipulative sales staff (as it is the case in the auto business traditionally) but I have to say that my experience with HerzogMeier Volkswagen was by far the best car buying… experience I've had so far. My friend Tom recommended that I get in touch with his contact there James (Jim) Sandman. Jim was really honest and helpful and I was really happy with the car I ended up purchasing (2022 Tiguan) but also by the financing structure we went for. I had tons of questions around lease vs. finances as I wanted to clearly understand the cost of both options. Through the entire process, Jim wasn't pushy at all and let me take my time to decide. Honestly, every single member of that dealership I met with was just really nice and welcoming (also not always the case). I felt like I was clearly being listened to and give the space to make my own decisions. I will for sure send more of my friends their way.Awesome service

The internet sales team was extremely helpful before even stepping… foot onsite. I worked with a very professional and thorough salesman, Memet, who made the purchase easy and comfortable. I started off communicating through email and the first person that I had the pleasure of working with was Melissa and she was great and… very attentive. The day that we decided we wanted to move forward with possibly looking at and purchasing a vehicle, Ashley took over and she worked hard to find the financing that we were hoping for. She relentlessly went back and forth with the lender and finance manager and us until we were very satisfied with all of the terms. We went down to the showroom and met with Ashley and she was great! No pressure and she answered all of our questions. We took a test drive in the vehicle that we had been discussing and it was a nice car and then she told us there was another of the same car there but a little newer with less miles on it. We ended up going with the newer one and we were really glad we did. Ashley was the most friendliest and helpful salesperson that I have ever encountered. I did have to wait a few hours to sign the final paperwork, but he did a great job of informing me where we were in… line to get that done. by JP AZ on 06/24/2022This is the most attentive, honest, fair, and skilled service department that I’ve ever experienced, even amongst other VW dealerships (been to several in many states). Jenna took incredible care of my issue each step of the way and was… very empathetic to my concerns and transportation needs. Jenna stayed in contact, guided me through the process and warranty service, put me in a really nice loaner for the day, and helped ease my concerns. Incredible work ethic is a stand-out trait. A general maintenance visit uncovered a minor oil-leak issue on my VW that had been consistently overlooked by other centers. These pros diagnosed my issue comprehensively and and the warranty repair was QUICK. They performed several general maintenance tasks on the vehicle as requested as well. All prices fair, all services great. The crew at Herzog-Meier really makes this place glow and I appreciate them for it. Also, the awesome customer lounge is also much appreciated.Integrity Located in 2022 at HM/VW!
by Lanette on 06/24/2022My morning began w/ an oil change appointment at HM Sport Motors, where I had brought my off-brand (non VW) car for service, in honor of the dear Golf I had been bringing to HM for service until a DUI hit + run totaled it in Dec., ‘21. I… met the Service Manager, Mindy, who had made the appointment the day before. As I suspected after that phone call, I saw that Mindy is a force of nature: very knowledgeable, friendly + helpful. I told her I wanted a smaller car than the one I’d hastily chosen after the accident. As I waited in the comfortable (free snacks) lounge, Mindy sent for a sales rep to come + assist. Andy appeared, and he patiently truly helped to guide my search. By day’s end, I drove home w/a car which suited my needs. Andy was helpful, thoughtful… and forthcoming as I weighed the pro’s + con’s of the cars I was considering. There was no rushing or hype. And trade-in process was exemplary! Shoutouts also to Brandy, Landon and to Bob for professional, respectful + genuine input. What a congenial team they are! They earned a box of See’s chocolates from me. Thanks to everyone for a memorable experience.Nic Perez is Amazing!

He was very responsive and offered a test drive of the AWD version of ID4. He… took the time to update me about the delivery status, and was quite knowledgeable about ID4. The purchase process was quite smooth without any typical sales pressure tactics associated with the dealerships. Kudos to James for a job well done!Awesome service team!

Nic Perez sends me frequent notifications about the status of my repair and gives me details… about what needs to be done. by ED on 05/23/2022My wife and I are now proud owners of a new id4 Pro S all-wheel-drive. We took delivery of it two weeks ago and I can’t find all the words to describe our feelings, not just for our car, but also for the dealership and the experience we… shared with our sales representative, Jim Sandman. I appreciated Jim’s up-front relaxed approach and overall tone, quickly coming to the realization that this guy really knew his product and exactly how to present it without pushing the sell. We didn’t expect to buy one – we were on a fact-finding mission, but learning and dealing with Jim, we felt comfortable placing an order with him before leaving. Jim embodies all the qualities you could wish for in a sales rep, a confident, knowledgeable guy graced with an easy manner making him able to blend in with most any customer. He’s shown great follow through and willingness to answer questions as we still learn more about our new car. We love our id4, but working with Jim was a huge plus – we hold him in the highest regard.Best service rep ever

I've never worked with a service rep as responsive, communicative, and upbeat as Nic Perez there. He stayed in continuous touch by… text, beat their turn-time estimates, and was an overall delight to work with. Highly recommend them.
