Herzog-Meier Volkswagen

I was definitely VERY prepared to face some grumpy and manipulative sales staff (as it is the case in the auto business traditionally) but I have to say that my experience with HerzogMeier Volkswagen was by far the best car buying experience I've had so far. My friend Tom recommended that I get in touch with his contact there James (Jim) Sandman. Jim was really honest and helpful and I was really happy with the car I ended up purchasing (2022 Tiguan) but also by the financing structure we went for. I had tons of questions around lease vs. finances as I wanted to clearly understand the cost of both options. Through the entire process, Jim wasn't pushy at all and let me take my time to decide. Honestly, every single member of that dealership I met with was just really nice and welcoming (also not always the case). I felt like I was clearly being listened to and give the space to make my own decisions. I will for sure send more of my friends their way.
