Herzog-Meier Volkswagen

My morning began w/ an oil change appointment at HM Sport Motors, where I had brought my off-brand (non VW) car for service, in honor of the dear Golf I had been bringing to HM for service until a DUI hit + run totaled it in Dec., ‘21. I met the Service Manager, Mindy, who had made the appointment the day before. As I suspected after that phone call, I saw that Mindy is a force of nature: very knowledgeable, friendly + helpful. I told her I wanted a smaller car than the one I’d hastily chosen after the accident. As I waited in the comfortable (free snacks) lounge, Mindy sent for a sales rep to come + assist. Andy appeared, and he patiently truly helped to guide my search. By day’s end, I drove home w/a car which suited my needs. Andy was helpful, thoughtful… and forthcoming as I weighed the pro’s + con’s of the cars I was considering. There was no rushing or hype. And trade-in process was exemplary! Shoutouts also to Brandy, Landon and to Bob for professional, respectful + genuine input. What a congenial team they are! They earned a box of See’s chocolates from me. Thanks to everyone for a memorable experience.
