Jenna from service department at Herzog-Meier in Beaverton has execellent customer service. I recently took my vw Jetta in to fix an issue I was having with my key getting stuck in the ignition. Jenna was friendly, efficient and kept be updated by text messages throughout the process. Thank you Jenna!
