GREAT deal on my new 2024 Jetta GLI and I couldn't be more impressed.

Milo Flores was my sales person and honestly I couldn't have been more impressed and satisfied with his efforts to help me get the BEST deal on my brand new 2024 Jetta GLI 40th Anniversary edition! He went above and beyond for me, even… going as far as replying to a message when he wasn't even on the clock (sorry about that Milo). My experience here was great, and I've owned A LOT of Volkswagens over the years and have dealt with many dealerships. Go here if you want to be treated with respect and be taken care of the best!

Note: The only thing I wasn't super impressed with was the 3% credit card charge, but I guess that's a small price to pay when you get such a good deal on your brand new car ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

by Angelina on 11/22/2022Big fan of Herzog-Meier! I have been taking my Jetta here for service for years and have always received excellent service. Most recently, I purchased an ID.4 through them. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the car, which meant I… was unable to take the car home day of. The staff at Herzog-Meier, particularly Andy Metcalf and Brandie truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was cared for in this instance. They were able to get me a loaner car last minute (despite low availability of the loaner cars) and comped some of my expenses because of the snafu. I was shocked and grateful for how far they went to ensure I was happy. Superb 5-star service!Excellent service

It is hard to find a business these days that do what they say they will do and… communicate at a high level every step of the way. by Mark on 10/10/2022Just purchased a new VW ID.4. Jim Sandman was my sales person. Although I cannot say it was easy - the car is in huge demand, I ordered in Dec 2021, just before the Ukrainian war and loss of a major part of the VW supply chain, but Jim… and the dealer ship stood by me the whole way. VW and VW of America was not always the most communicative, but again, the dealership stood by me. Even with passage of the Inflation Reduction Act and changes in the EV rebate rules, they stepped up and prepared a legal document that may preserve the original EV rebate rules for my purchase. And, as delays in manufacturing continued, they contacted me as a cars became available. Finally - I was able to complete delivery of a wonderful car. And, at MSRP! Then, Jim took time to share his considerable knowledge of the vehicle, basically a computer on wheels, and fully orient us on its use. All in all, cars are not what they used to be, and buying a car is certainly not what it used to be. I am very glad to have had Herzog-Meier VW and Jim on my side.A great car from a great dealership!

My salesperson Jim Sandman helped me to understand every detail about this vehicle. He also explained all the charges that appeared… on the invoice. What I like the most is that Jim and the Herzog-Meier that he represents are honest. That is what earned my business. The ID 4 I got is such a fun vehicle to drive, I will consider Herzog-Meier in my future needs. Thank you, Jim!Great dealership, staff, and the best car ever!
by Maggie on 10/06/2022I bought a 2022 VW ID.4 All Wheel Drive Pro S with Gradient from Herzog Meier about 2 months ago. Feedback: The car: this is simply the best car I've ever owned. I was a Subaru owner for decades, but when they failed to take care of me… after purchasing a lemon, I switched to a VW and got an AWD Gulf Alltrack. I LOVED that car. I thought I'd keep it forever. But I really wanted to switch to an EV and the timing was right. The ID.4 is SOOOO fun to drive, has tons of room, and handles beautifully. The software problems from the 2021 generation have been solved--NO issues at all on this car (except VW's app is kind of worthless, but that's ok!) The dealership: I give them an A+. Lots of other dealers were marking up the price of the car because it was in such high demand and because of the tax credits. This dealership "just didn't think it was the right thing to do." They were honest, responsive and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. It was a pleasure to work with them. My salesperson: Jim Sandman was my salesperson. He is also the "go-to" guy for EVs. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the process as well as the car itself. His follow up could have been a little better, but given the circumstances (serious delays in shipping) he was great. And I truly appreciate all the knowledge he passed on to me about how to drive and use the features in my new EV. Thanks to Jim and the team at Herzog Meier!Great Experience

by DThomas19 on 09/07/2022I ended up going to Herzog Meier VW on a whim after test driving 10-15 other used cars and getting a run around at multiple other dealerships. As we all know, buying a used car has been a difficult experience as a result of pandemic changes… and predominately a lack of staff to clean, prep, and service cars dealerships have acquired at auction. After I found a used car I was looking for online at Herzog, I ventured over for what I thought would be a similar experience only to be completely surprised. I went to the wrong Herzog dealership (Volvo) and the sales individual at that dealership walked me over personally to the VW dealership next door, introduced me to Milo, the sales agent at VW and from there it was a fantastic experience. I never had to deal with any one other than Milo and the process of test driving the car, negotiating the price and completing the deal was a seamless, clear, and fantastic experience. Milo was a great agent and dealing with him as a single point of contact through the full process made it smooth and efficient. Working with the finance manager was excellent in wrapping up the transaction and I felt that I, not the dealership, controlled each step of the conversation. A very different experience than what I had at several other dealerships. I would definitely recommend Herzog and Herzog Volkswagen as a dealership to visit in your car search. Well worth the consideration!Jenna from Volkswagen is the best.
