Herzog-Meier Volkswagen

I bought a 2022 VW ID.4 All Wheel Drive Pro S with Gradient from Herzog Meier about 2 months ago. Feedback: The car: this is simply the best car I've ever owned. I was a Subaru owner for decades, but when they failed to take care of me after purchasing a lemon, I switched to a VW and got an AWD Gulf Alltrack. I LOVED that car. I thought I'd keep it forever. But I really wanted to switch to an EV and the timing was right. The ID.4 is SOOOO fun to drive, has tons of room, and handles beautifully. The software problems from the 2021 generation have been solved--NO issues at all on this car (except VW's app is kind of worthless, but that's ok!) The dealership: I give them an A+. Lots of other dealers were marking up the price of the car because it was in such high demand and because of the tax credits. This dealership "just didn't think it was the right thing to do." They were honest, responsive and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. It was a pleasure to work with them. My salesperson: Jim Sandman was my salesperson. He is also the "go-to" guy for EVs. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the process as well as the car itself. His follow up could have been a little better, but given the circumstances (serious delays in shipping) he was great. And I truly appreciate all the knowledge he passed on to me about how to drive and use the features in my new EV. Thanks to Jim and the team at Herzog Meier!
