Herzog-Meier Volkswagen

Just purchased a new VW ID.4. Jim Sandman was my sales person. Although I cannot say it was easy - the car is in huge demand, I ordered in Dec 2021, just before the Ukrainian war and loss of a major part of the VW supply chain, but Jim and the dealer ship stood by me the whole way. VW and VW of America was not always the most communicative, but again, the dealership stood by me. Even with passage of the Inflation Reduction Act and changes in the EV rebate rules, they stepped up and prepared a legal document that may preserve the original EV rebate rules for my purchase. And, as delays in manufacturing continued, they contacted me as a cars became available. Finally - I was able to complete delivery of a wonderful car. And, at MSRP! Then, Jim took time to share his considerable knowledge of the vehicle, basically a computer on wheels, and fully orient us on its use. All in all, cars are not what they used to be, and buying a car is certainly not what it used to be. I am very glad to have had Herzog-Meier VW and Jim on my side.
