Herzog-Meier Volkswagen

Big fan of Herzog-Meier! I have been taking my Jetta here for service for years and have always received excellent service. Most recently, I purchased an ID.4 through them. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the car, which meant I was unable to take the car home day of. The staff at Herzog-Meier, particularly Andy Metcalf and Brandie truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was cared for in this instance. They were able to get me a loaner car last minute (despite low availability of the loaner cars) and comped some of my expenses because of the snafu. I was shocked and grateful for how far they went to ensure I was happy. Superb 5-star service!
