  • Great first time buyer experience

5 out of 5 starsby Sarah on 06/15/2020

David Meyers did an outstanding job helping me find, and purchase, my first new car. I was a little indecisive, and had a lot of questions. David and the team at Germain Honda were patient, courteous, and made the whole process very smooth!
    • Congratulations on your first new car. We appreciate you allowing our team the honor of being a part of this exciting time. Please let us know if you need anything further. Best Regards, Craig Ferguson General Manager

  • review of our new car purchase

5 out of 5 starsby Craig Stropes on 06/15/2020

My wife and I were looking at cars on the very back of the lot. Mohamed Rufai came out to see if he could help in any way. We told him no, but he did offer to help in any way. We were so impressed with his attitude that when we came back we… asked for him to help us. He was very professional and we were very pleased with the experience. I will recommend Germain and especially Mohamed to anyone interested in buying a new Honda
    • We appreciate you taking the time to leave Mo this kind review. Please reach out if you need anything. Best Regards, Craig Ferguson General Manager

I think I called about the 2019 CR-V EX-L on a Wednesday. Talked to him about financing and my Honda employee discount. Came in on Thursday after work it was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had!

  • Derek Barnes is great to work with!

5 out of 5 starsby SM on 05/20/2020

We had a great experience buying a new car at Germain. Derek Barnes was a wonderful salesman to work with - very friendly, not pushy, and interested in helping to get our needs met.
    • Thank you for sharing you quality sales experience with Derek. Best Regards, Craig Ferguson General Manager

  • MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

1 out of 5 starsby Nicole on 02/19/2020

Took vehicle in to be looked at as it was still under the factor warranty. Kept telling us to come back because they could not figure out the problem. Then at the 6th visit, they told us their hands were crossed and they couldn't help us.… Such a waste of time and nothing was accomplished. No sense of customer service at all! Would not recommend even if it was the last dealership left!
    • Nicole, When a vehicle is under factory warranty we must have the issue present itself at the dealership. If the issue is intermittent, and we cannot get it to act up at that time, then we cannot deem any parts bad.

  • Horrible Customer Service, Try to Rip You Off

1 out of 5 starsby CT on 11/20/2019

The sales guy tried to severely overcharge me on a lease. Said the lowest he could do on a Civic LX was $267/mo said there was NO WAY I would get a lease from them for $200/mo on a Civic. Went to Honda of Marysville and was offered an LX… for $202/mo or a Sport for $247/mo and went with the Sport. Went back to show him and he got amnesia and said that never happened then told me that they didn't need my business anyway. Okay guy... Also I like how whenever this dealership responds to negative reviews on Google they come up with excuses and plain lie. If you provided pricing that met my expectations I would not have left your dealership. Your response makes no sense. I guess they lack common sense in a big way. Or value customer service of any kind, this Craig guy sent me an email saying that they value my business and would be there if there was anything I needed. Well, I took the time to respond to him, and let him know about my poor experience, and it has been a week with no response from him. But, I guess he did have the time to get on Google so he could try to defend their poor dealership and try to take a jab at my trade in, you know instead of ACTUALLY providing true customer service. This place is a joke.
    • We are sorry to know that you are not completely satisfied with our dealership. Our team was able to provide pricing that met your expectations however when you visited another dealership we were unable to meet their lower price due to the trade value of your vehicle. We are happy to know you received a great deal and wish you many safe and pleasurable driving miles in your new car.

  • Do Not Buy From This Dealer

1 out of 5 starsby Danielle on 10/19/2019

Please save yourself the time, frustration, and the hassle and do NOT purchase a vehicle from here. I am BEYOND frustrated could not be more dissatisfied with the lousy customer service I received from Germain, I would NOT recommend them to… anyone. I purchased a used vehicle from them exactly 1 month ago (9/10/19). I was incorrectly charged for the sales tax on the vehicle I purchased. The purchase agreement I signed had the correct sales tax amount, (7%) yet when I signed the papers with the finance associate, it was higher than 7%. I noticed the next day (9/11/19) and called my salesmen to bring this to his attention. After calling and leaving several voicemails for my salesman, he finally called me back and confirmed that the sales tax should be 7%, which is what the purchase agreement stated, and told me Germain would be sending me a check in the mail to make up for the difference. Here it is 1 month later and I still have NOT received the check for difference they owe me, from a mistake they made! I have called endless times and even started asking to speak to a manager in finance, since none of the finance associates I spoke with could help me. I literally called Germain every single day last week and left a voicemail every time I called. Only 1 person called me back out of all the times I left a voicemail. This business manager once again passed me along to someone else. I still do NOT have the check for the money they owe me and I am done wasting my time calling trying to get it. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will NEVER give them my business again, this is by far the WORST customer experience I have ever received. UPDATE 10/19/19. It's been almost 2 weeks since the GM, Craig, stated that my check was sent out on 10/8/19 (the day I wrote this review ironically). After 1 week I began calling Germain again inquiring about my check since it was apparently mailed. I called Monday (10/14) and left my name and number for a manager to call me back, and NO ONE did. I called yesterday morning and left a voicemail for the GM, Craig asking him to call me back and again, he NEVER did. My father reached out for me since no one would return my calls and the used car manager he spoke with confirmed my check was mailed out to my old address. I made it clear to my salesmen, Matthew Fike, along with the finance person who did my paperwork, Jerry, that I was moving 9/20/19 (about a week after I purchased my car). I attached a screenshot of the email I sent Matt on 9/16/19 with my new address (which is cropped out for obvious reasons). I spoke with Matt on the phone after that and he assured me that the check would be sent out to my new address YET IT WAS NOT. It has become even more clear that the salesmen here DO NOT CARE about you after they make their sale, there is a concerning lack of communication between employees, and no one, not even the GM will return a call if you have an issue that needs resolved. I regret ever giving this joke of a company my business.
  • dont buy a car from them !!!!!

I purchased a honda accord from your used car lot on 6/19/19 and was issued a 45 temp tag and I had the car financed by capital one and they told me 45 days later that capital one fax machine was down and they never received the paper work… so I came back up to the car lot and did the finance paperwork all over again and got a lower rate and had to get a 30 temp tag and now here i still don't have a memorandum for my title or any tags cause me new tags expired 8/31/2019 and i'm at the car lot now and no one can seem to know what needs to be done now so not only do i have bad tags on the car the manager or the sales person seems to be available to help me after they received the sale of the car there is no help terrible dealer ship never use them buyer beware
    • Thank you for your business and feedback. We did our best to handle the delays in funding and the challenges presented by the lending institution. We obviously have every incentive to make sure a loan funds in a timely manner, as this is how we’re paid. Delays in funding mean our inventory is being driven without having been paid for. We, of course, understand your frustration and concerns as we too are experiencing these same issues. Although this isn’t the experience, we wish for our guests to have we continued to work in your best interest while addressing this matter. Your original deal with the financial institution will show that it is not funded. Due to circumstances beyond our control we needed to have you resign your paperwork and resubmit for approval. Having done this resulted in you receiving a lower interest rate which in turn lowered your monthly payment. We have provided you with temporary tags which allowed you to have use of your new vehicle for 2 months while we addressed the kinks that occurred and without having to make a payment. The second contract was funded last and we notified you that we had your memorandum title available for pick up. We understand now that you wish to have us obtain your new plates and you will be stopping in to complete the required paperwork. We look forward to seeing you and bringing this matter to a positive conclusion.

  • Exorbitant Diagnostic Price

1 out of 5 starsby Matt on 02/15/2019

I made the mistake of taking our Honda Odyssey for service. When they came back with a quote of more than $3,000 I told them I would take it elsewhere for another opinion. They didn't like that , so then they hit me with a $90 "diagnostic… fee" just to get my car back. Just understand that as soon as you even drive into that place you're out at least $90. They are way overpriced. I'll never go there for anything ever again.
    • Matt, We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. The diagnostic fee is to make sure the technician gets compensated for examining the vehicle. This fee is put toward the price of the repair; if the work is not completed at the dealership then the diagnostic fee must be paid at check out.

  • Waste a lot of my time. So rude.

    1 out of 5 starsby Customer_Omid on 08/31/2017

Simply they wasted a lot of my time and money. The first day they wasted my time by asking wired and non-related questions like my SSN and my rent price though I told them I have loan approved beforehand; I had to repeat this sentence… several times. They were pushing me so hard to sell their car more than the KBB fair price so I left the dealership. The second day they called me several times and eventually said we go with the fair price. They asked me several times to go to the dealership, so I spent another $20 on uber to get there. Once I arrived there they told me that the car is sold. At least they could call me and cancel the appointment. So rude to me.
    • We are quite disappointed to hear of your dissatisfaction with our dealership. Our team worked vigorously to provide you a quality experience. Our vehicle was listed way below KBB pricing; however, we were holding firm on our fair market price. You were very interested in our vehicle but wanted to have the vehicle inspected by a friend who was an engineer. We had no concern regarding that other than the vehicle being purchased prior to your arrival with your friend. We did suggest that you purchase the vehicle that evening to prevent this from happening and even offered up a 24 hr cancellation window should your friend inspect the car and determine that it was mechanically unfit. You declined our offer stating you would return the following day at 9am, it was already 9pm. The following day you did not arrive until later in the day, without your friend and just before your arrival the vehicle sold. We, unfortunately, did not have time to contact you regarding the sale as we were still in the process of wrapping up the sale. We apologize that you are not pleased with your experience however we feel we did try to prevent this situation from occurring. Best Regards, Craig Ferguson General Manager

  • Don't Get Ripped off by Germain Honda of Dublin's Service Department!

    1 out of 5 starsby Ramko19 on 12/20/2016

I took my 2009 Honda Pilot to Germain Honda of Dublin couple of days ago to diagnose my vehicle for misfire and lacking the power to accelerate. Unfortunately, I was disappointed over and over and over again. The service manager who was… working on my vehicle (Eddie) misdiagnosed my car with a bad EGR valve and wanted $532 to replace it. Two hours later he called me again and asked for my authorization for another $1,000 to replace "bad front catalytic converter." I realized he either thought I was stupid or he didn't know much about my vehicle, at all. So, I asked, "which one?" He replied, "the front one!" My car has three catalytic converters: one on the back and two on the front with one on each side of the engine. I was driving this vehicle for a long time and had no issues with all my three catalytic converters that they diagnosed "the front one was coming apart" and damaged my EGR valve. Usually, when catalytic converters go bad, they throw an ECU code with bank one or bank two statement that indicates which one went bad, if not all. I told Eddie if you don't have the code of which one went bad don't replace it, or he might as well replace my front left fender to find out why my vehicle was misfiring! He didn't like that but, If I know anything about cars, I know they can absolutely run without catalytic converters! Long story short, they also stated that they inspected my spark plugs and found "the plugs were not fouled." This is very important, but I'll come back to it later. And after they told me they replaced my "bad" EGR valve and charged me $531.89, I found out my old EGR valve (if they ever replaced mine) was as good as theirs. I'm having the same issue with the car that I had when I, regretfully, brought my car to Germain Honda of Dublin (RIP-OFF PLACE). What's worst is that I realized very quickly that they've no one to reason with or knows what he/she is talking about. I took my car to another car service shop across the street from Germain Honda of Dublin ( RIP-OFF PLACE). [For SEO reasons, I'll not name the other car service company along with this bad review]. They told me I only needed a set of new spark plugs and my car's throttle needed cleaning, which had lots of carbon build up. They replaced my spark plugs and cleaned the throttle. My car runs better than ever before and accelerates smoothly as well. This other car service shop charged me only $219 and, had they charged me even more, I'd have been okay with it as well. I would not take my son's Thomas and Friends toy car to this RIP-OFF PLACE (Germain Honda of Dublin). Never ever again! Buyer please beware of Germain Honda of Dublin's service department and do yourself a favor and never take your car there. Othman

Dealing with Germain Honda of Dublin is straight forward. I agreed on the price before I went to the dealership, and there was no hidden fees. I drove away the car I want in 2 hours. Max

  • Overcharging

    1 out of 5 starsby cle3 on 07/10/2015

I had my car towed to the service department to have the alternator changed. The amount quoted for this service was $1408 and said the service would take 6 hours. This price was unacceptable and I got a quote from a nearby national shop for… $580. Germain Honda made it very difficult to get my car back and have it taken to the other shop once I told them I would not be needing their services and the service representative Eddie was condescending. The other shop ended up charging $430, almost $1000 less. I understand that dealerships are sometimes more expensive, so after the fact I called a competing dealership who informed me that for them to perform the same service with factory parts they would have charged $640 and the service would take an hour. I really wonder what Germain Honda planed to do for the extra $800 in those extra 5 hours. I had planned to take my car to Germain Honda for some extensive body repairs. I won't be.
    • We are sincerely sorry that your visit to our dealership did not meet with your expectations. Our team is truly dedicated to quality customer service and works hard each and every day to provide our guest the ultimate experience, we obviously failed to deliver that experience to you. Your feedback regarding your experience is extremely valuable and we thank you for bringing this matter to our attention so that we may use this as a learning experience for our team. • DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE! PLEASE READ

    1 out of 5 starsby jasonv310 on 05/11/2015

Here is a review for the experience that I had at Germain Honda and it has not been a good one, I will “NEVER” by another car there, nor would I “EVER” recommend my worst enemy to buy a car here. So the short version of my experience goes… like this…I found a great car that I wanted at Germain and I went to purchase it, the sales staff (Woody) was a nice person and took care of me…We came up with a reasonable offer for my car and I accepted, the financing portion of the car went over to JB BRENTSON (Finance Manager) in which he told me that I needed proof of income, bank statements all that good stuff, (I was using my own finance co) after over an hour they told me the deal was “done” they put a 30 day tag on my car, gave me the keys and off I went …as a happy customer, so I thought…As time went by I did not receive the payment coupons in the mail from the finance company, I thought this was kind of weird so I contacted them and they told me, they have not heard from Germain, I asked them if they ever sent them payment they said “NO” a contract was never even signed and we have not heard from them. So about 20 some days later, I get my memorandum title in the mail, with the car now in my name and germain as the previous owner, I went to the license bureau and got my tags…Well everyone knows that when you get that title, then the dealership has received their money and all is good or otherwise they would not send it to you…Well, not a Germain. So approximately 60 days have gone by and I still never received any payment coupons in the mail, I was starting to wonder what was going on, since I didn’t want to get behind on my payments, so I contacted my finance company and they said wow something is weird, let us contact germain and see what is going on, so they did and contacted me back and they said, oooppps, germain made a mistake, they sent you the title to the car and they have figured out that they never received payment, lol and a contract wasn’t signed and they have also have been trying to contact you (which is false information also) The finance company and I spoke, since now the car is “mine” (they gave me the title, taking the car out of their name and into mine) but of course, the smart JOHN REYNOLDS (very exaggerate) told me this was not the case they would have came after me for the car, lol (sorry can’t do that you screwed up, BAD!) But anyway, my finance company called me from Germain and asked if I would come down and fix the issue and of course I said yes. I took time out of my workday to go visit JB BRENTSON the so called “Finance Manager” and wow, to much surprise he was extremely happy to see me, lol MR Brentson also told me that he is soooo thankful that I came in to do this because, he was well aware of the situation, the “FREE” car they gave me and the impact this could possibly have on his job…Being an honest person like I am, I was more than happy to sign the contract so they could get paid, I did so they were happy, I felt better and JB BRENTSON told me thank you so much for doing this, if you EVER need anything let me know I will take care of you!! I said ok, that is fair and you have a deal. Of course now I have made 1 payment on the car, Germain has their money (of course) they are happy and now when the stuff gets deep and I need that favor from JB that told me, Guess What?? Lol It’s not hard to figure out folks! So now my car is sitting at their service department broke down, I bought this car on 2/2/2015 and today is only 05/11/2015. My car would not start and there was a green key light flashing on my dash. (Means the immobilizer has scrambled the key code and it does not recognize my key, all it needs is reprogrammed) Service is telling me that they “think” the PCM is bad and maybe the immobilizer, lol (good techs, right?)and it would only be 1500.00 to fix the car but, I was told that if the PCM is not the problem then they would take it back out and not charge me for it, wow very bad tech, just doing a little R&R on my car at my expense because he doesn’t know what is wrong with it…Bad move! Needless to say, Brooke from the service Department contact JB and he now states that “We are not going to fix it for you, “I” can’t help you!! Wow of course I am shocked, after all that went on with the financing company and the “huge favor” that I did for him. My car is still sitting at Germain, it won’t run, I don’t have the money to fix it (I spent 100.00 to have it towed there, on JB’s word when I went in there personally on 05/07/2015 and spoke with him and he said to have it towed in here and we would take care of it) NOW HE WON’T AND GERMAIN WILL NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORD!!! I told Brooke to just push the damn thing out in the parking lot and let weeds grow around it... So on Friday 05/08/2015 this [non-permissible content removed] by the name of JOHN REYNOLDS calls me and we spoke briefly about my car and to say the least he is an arrogant, rude, self-centered, egotistical and very stupid person, that has “no” business being a Manager at Waffle House, let alone Germain Honda of Dublin, He told me that “my mechanic” broke my car, because he had the key in the ignition and took the battery cable off the car and that it fried my PCM, LMAO!…This is great, probably the best thing I have heard.. So JOHN what you are telling me is if an owner of a Honda drives down the road and breaks down, with let’s say a dead battery and they have their keys in the ignition that it will fry the PCM and you are going to tell them “screw you, it’s your fault you broke it” anyway, in a rude car salesman attitude he told me I am NOT fixing your car, so what do you want to do with it? I told John that a favor was kind of owed to me and he said “for what, because we sent you the title on accident” he also told me “you did the right thing by coming back in here to sign the contract” lol… I told him wow JOHN that is very kind; just push it out in the street where it belongs and let weeds grow around it. I will stop here now, just remember ladies and gentlemen there are plenty of Used Honda dealerships out there, please take this as a lesson like I have had to: AND DON’T SHOP HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE!! I was a very honest person in coming back to the dealership after they gave me a “free” car, because of their screw up, I was stupid, it was a stupid thing on my part, I would never do it again, but I guess I also figured that Germain would be kind to me back, just like JB BRENTSON said they would, for the honesty that I did…Thanks Germain…For nothing!!!!!!!!!
    • We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations on your recent visit and it truly saddens us that you feel this way regarding our dealership. Here at Germain Honda of Dublin our team works extremely hard to provide our guest with an exceptional car buying and service experience. We understand how frustrating car concerns can be as we work daily with many satisfied customers assisting them with their car repairs. As much as we would like to assist you Germain Honda of Dublin unfortunately will not be responsible for repairs caused by a 3rd party. We are however willing to assist you with the repairs to your vehicle at the quoted price which was provided to you, if you did not receive a quote one can be provided to you. Best Regards, Craig Ferguson General Manager

  • Total organizational failure

    1 out of 5 starsby speachey97 on 03/27/2015

The TL:DR of this story is: Never, ever, ever, ever, ever (did I say ever?) trust Germain Honda sales, service, or body shop. The GM (Craig Ferguson) probably has no idea of all these issues -- such a shame. Part of me didn't want to… write this review, because I've bought three vehicles from Germain Honda and had hoped that actually meant something. I also wouldn't have written this, but "three strikes" against the same dealership seems a bit egregious. With the exception of Woody Woodrow, who has been absolutely fabulous, Germain Honda of Dublin has been a complete failure for me and my family, with the following: 1) Sales treating me like an uneducated child. Being "talked down upon" from the used car manager wasn't my cup of tea. 2) The service department replacing the starter in our van, only to then drive it for more than 20 miles. When speaking with Tom on the incident he honestly said "I have no reason I could even make up for why they drove the van over 20 miles." At least he was honest about that, and he even offered a free oil change. During that same phone call I said "I'm a little leery about getting the body work I need done on the van because of these issues." 3) Had the body work completed this week. On Tuesday of this week, get a call from Bre that states "we removed the bumper to repair the van only to have one of the parking sensors break. The sensor itself had been "glued" so that no longer works. Its $300-400 to repair and your entire parking system won't work without it." Great, now I have a broken system. I decline to pay that amount, and the van work is completed. Pick up the van and low and behold...no pinstriping has been completed, even though the work order had it clearly stated on paper. According to Joe its a "5 minute fix" -- part of me is fearful that our family van may somehow break or be driven to Cleveland by the time it's actually corrected. Naturally, I have to leave work slightly early and get the striping done, because they are only open until 5pm on Friday... Fast forward to speaking with Melody Markham, the customer relations manager on Thursday morning. She seems genuinely interested in the situations I've described and assures me that she will follow up with Joe on getting the situation fixed. By 2pm Thursday, I haven't heard from anyone, Bre, Joe or Melody so I decide to call Melody. I'm not 100% what had happened, but the 2nd conversation it came across as though I had been passed on directly onto Joe, my past issues didn't seem to matter and I was bothering her. In my opinion, Steve Germain has the most disappointing dealership, service department and body shop on the Northwest side of Columbus.
    • We sincerely apologize that we have obviously not lived up to your expectations on your recent visits to our dealership. Here at Germain Honda of Dublin we are extremely dedicated to customer satisfaction but it appears we have dropped the ball and for that we will be forever remorseful. We appreciate you allowing us to make the needed repairs to the sensors as well as provide you with a loaner vehicle while your van is back at our dealership. These items of course will be provided as a goodwill gesture as we also complete the pin striping. Our hope is that we will be able to earn your trust and faith back in our dealership and you will feel comfortable continuing your relationship with Woody. • Horrible treatment on two visits

    2 out of 5 starsby herc2 on 10/24/2010

I did end up buying my new vehicle there - I love the car itself, and got a great deal - but I was very turned off by the treatment I received on two separate visits. Based on these experiences, I will not be returning for any future care… purchases or service. I'm not sure if it is their usual protocol, or if it was because I'm female and went alone on both occasions, but these visits got off to a bad start when it took quite a while for a employee to come over to me. The first time, the guy definitely called me "sweetheart", which is not acceptable, and asked if I had any questions or if I was waiting for my husband first. Yes, a young woman in a car dealership alone can't possibly be thinking about buying a car by herself, she must be waiting for her man. Thank goodness I came armed with a lot of research and information, and was able to get the car I wanted at a good price. Although through the whole process I was treated more like a burden than a customer. Looking back, I do regret not walking out right then and there, but I was so focused on making my purchase that day for the price I wanted that I didn't really reflect on the way I was being treated until later. They delivered everything promised and I got the exact car I wanted at a fair price. I was sent a coupon to return for my first oil change at the dealer. I was hesitant, but decided to use it. This leads to the second visit. I went to the service area and pulled into the oil change only lane, and got out of my car to wait next to it as the signs instructed. People walked by back and forth without paying any attention to me. Finally someone walked by close enough where I could say something. At that point I had been waiting for 10 minutes, and told him I was just simply there for an oil change, with an appointment. His response "Oh I'm sorry, I thought you were just waiting for your husband or something". I was kind of speechless for a moment, I couldn't believe that two different people in two different areas would make this kind of assumption. This time, I told him that I no longer needed the service and would get it elsewhere. I was so angry, but also kind of shocked, I didn't bother with asking to speak to the manager. It's a bigger statement that I will just never return to this place for any sales or service of any kind. I suppose they might treat you better if you're a man, I don't know. I spoke to a female co-worker recently and found out she got this exact same treatment from this dealer as well. This is too many times to be a coincidence or just be one misogynistic sales person. Needless to say, I would highly recommend going elsewhere if you're a female car buyer, you might get more respect.
  • Bad service

Immke would not honor their service coupon! Hold on to your wallet tightly when dealing with these [violative content deleted]. Wish I had researched on the web prior to going to them.....I'm not alone! Unethical! Took them three… different visits over a months time period to fix a heater fan! Thank good it was something difficult.
  • Awesome Car-buying Experience!!

I purchased a car several months ago (through an Autotrader advertisement) from Dean Popovich at Immke Honda. I was very impressed with the service, the car, and the overall experience! I live approximately 2 hours away from Immke Honda, so… I wanted as much information as possible on the vehicle before I made the drive to purchase it. Dean was helpful in providing great, detailed pictures, finding out the answers to my questions, and fulfilling my requests. When I arrived at the dealership, the staff was friendly and courteous. Dean showed me the vehicle, which was exactly what I expected, based on the pictures he provided me with. After my purchase, he sat in the car with me and explained all of the functions. On my way back home, I even called him for help with directions! He followed up with me to ensure that I arrived home safely, and said he would follow up with me in a week, which he did. I am grateful to have had this awesome car-buying experience. It was well worth the semi-long drive, and I would recommend anyone seeking to purchase a car to visit Immke Honda!

Immke was paid for two warranty issues on my 05 Odyssey.. neither problem was fixed...the staff demanded to be paid again to fix their failed attempt.... I complained to the Service Manager to no avail. UNETHICAL !!!! .....Use their service… at your own peril..
  • New Honda CR-V

I went in to Germain to compare their Honda CR-V to the Ford Escape. Winslow was great and explained everything to me and my family. I did not feel pressured into buying the car right there on the spot. The staff was very nice and… accommodating.
